Toyota CVT is actually reliable because it is a hybrid. It has a first gear so cvt isn’t getting all stress to make it more reliable.

Toyota has been using CVTs since 2003 Prius. They are reliable. You may not like it, which is fair, but they are well made.

You are crying for the Moon. They changed the emission and safety standards and the inconveniences are everywhere. So don't say that something is wrong with corolla unless you can find a car in the same class that has the feature done right.

I genuinely believe this is an AI, these are reasons to buy. look at the first reason , I can’t Imagine someone thinking of buying an economy car and say: you know what, I will not buy a corolla because they don’t offer the GR in their sedan model 😂. Well, they will just buy the hatch

The style of the Corolla is, well, homely . It would be a big seller if they re-designed it and give it 200 hp NA engine with a manual option

Yeah, I bought a 2016 corolla in 2019 for 11000 USD equivalent, 3 years and 57k miles later sold it for 10000 USD. Clearly there is no resale value 🤣🤪 . It lost a tremendous value of 1000 USD in 3 years
