One of my locs ended up in my buffalo chicken sandwhich. No lie. I took a bite and I was chewing on hair. Had to excuse myself to go to the bathroom to squeeze buffalo sauce out of my locs and rinse it clean. They get stuck in the seatbelt. All the time. They get caught in my shirts when I'm changing clothes.

My first sign was when I felt hair in my ears. I would be driving with the window down and the hair would smack my face and rub against the insides of my ears. The second was the difficulty I had with hats. Noticing that it was getting harder to put it on. Then after retwisting, the drape was real. I could wear hats much better...

Can you please do a video on how you dry your locs.. Like the type of towel, drying time, etc. Also a video on preventing mold and build up. I keep hearing that air drying can cause mold in your locs 😨. I'm 6 months loc'd and I just about never wear a shower cap and just allow my hair to air dry. No sign of mold. I only use pure oils (if I can't eat it I don't use it) rose water (about to switch to filtered water - cheaper 😂) and Dr bronners and ACV to wash. Why am I seeing buildup? Maybe the castor oil is drawing everything in my hair?

This had me laughing from the beginning. I can't tell you the number of times I've gotten my hair caught or how I often put it up when getting dressed because I almost snatched some locs out trying to put on my bra or shirt in a hurry. It's funny the little things you notice that become annoying and require routine changes when locs get just a little bit longer.

Mine get on my nerves. I be running from mine all the time thinking it's a bug or something on my neck. I just woke up one day and they were longer. Plus I started mine by doing yarn braids over my starter locs and leaving them in 3 months at a time and now their long.

Hello! I knew my hair was getting longer when: (1) I could start wearing my beloved headbands and infinity wraps, (2) the hair that's serving as bangs grew long enough for me to see that I'm not the raven-haired beauty I thought I was; I'm just a regular old run-of-the-mill dark brunette (a bit disappointed), (3) my hair outgrew my sleep bonnet so that I've started using a lock tube to sleep in, and (4) when I had to consider changing things like driver's license and passport photos because my look with the dreads is very different from the look without them. So far no changes or complaints, but I did have to consider it since the dreads are such a pronounced look. Keep the videos coming!

First off, I love your locs! They are beautiful! I started my locs February of this year so I'm almost 9 months in my loc journey. I love my hair so far! The only thing I can't stand is that my scalp is itchy. I oil and massage my scalp. I use a medicated anti-itch spray from the Jamaican lime and mango line of products. It works ok, but I want to use something else. What would you recommend for me to use?
