PRO TIP: Make Your Life Boring If you’re entertained throughout every second of the day, of course you don’t want to work; work is boring by comparison. If your life is boring, work is the only fun thing to do. Be disciplined enough to put the phone down and avoid constant entertainment.

Hamza I’d like to thank you for all the videos you make to help us improve every single day. Yesterday was a really mixed of emotions for me my girlfriend as I took her to the hospital because she was having extreme abdominal pain and the doctors kept telling us that she had a miscarriage but we didn’t know she was pregnant. There’s still lab results that need come back but hearing those words from a doctor made us both break down and shed some tears. I hate showing emotion in front of my girlfriend and especially in front of people I don’t know. I kept biting but cheek until it started bleeding but as soon as my girlfriend told me it’s okay to cry I broke down because I just had a thought of losing my own child. I was depressed the whole day but as soon as I seen you upload you always motivate me to do the hard work especially when I don’t feel like it so after I watched your video I went straight to the gym and worked out and I feel so much better right now and all I want to say is thank you. You might not see this hamza but I really appreciate you uploading every single day you really do help us men a lot and I’m forever grateful finding your channel.

Patience is so underrated. A lot of people (including myself) want to see results fast, so they get ansy when they don't see massive progress after a short period of time. It took me some time to realize that success is truly a marathon not a sprint (i know, cliche af), and having a long-term mindset is whats ultimately gonna keep me in the game and help me be successful in the long run.

The problem with me and my social skills…I’m actually very social, but I am short so when I’m around a bunch of taller people, I get drowned out by everybody and I’m seen as the odd one out. This has happened a lot. And the only way I feel that I can be an equal is to be more assertive, but when I do, it comes off like I’m trying too hard. If I’m with one or two people, I’m fine. But in groups, when everyone is taller than me, I’m not given a chance to be respected or valued socially. I just look very different and I stand out a lot. Also, I have a bit of a stutter sometimes, it’s not terrible, but it happens every now and then, and it makes me come off as weak. So even if it happens one time in a conversation, I might as well scream “I’m weak and vulnerable”, which further leads to the whole “odd man out” thing. So it’s like, I’m very social and all that, I’m able to make friends and stuff, but as soon as the group gets big, I get drowned out by all the taller people and get put on the back burner. This ends up getting me seen as “oh yeah, that guy. Yeah he’s chill”.

Time management is actually one of the most important skills that any person can learn and incorporate into their lives. Our Attention is our biggest currency and in this modern world of distractions , it’s very easy to loose focus. Being in the Military has taught me the purpose of managing time and how when we think we cannot do something in a given time frame , we can get it done if urgency is put into place 💯

My biggest problem has always been social skills. I had a difficult time growing up which made it difficult to do sports. And when I was able to, I was too scared to approach or actually do it since I was always really scared and doubtful about every new situation without a clear direct thing to do. It was always much harder for me to navigate networking and social events, expressing and presenting myself in an interesting way etc, than my peers and friends. And that just sank me further and further into depression, which made my social skills worse. It is true that those with less overall skills but better social skills are always going to succeed and go further. I'd say I got better here and there. But definitely, one of the key things is to not spend much time on the Internet or social media, or any distracting entertainment. Keep it away as much as possible. And I believe it will force you to be present and alive in social settings much more. Being chill and relaxed when things go wrong can also make things better

The friends are incredibly important indeed. For example, one of the things that make my work worth it is the fact that i have friends by my side. And next summer my friend will move to a bigger city in my country and that's one of the things that make me want to move out more than ever. There are other factors as well, but the 2 most important ones are the internet connection (i don't even have cable here) and a friend, which makes it easier to move out since i won't be alone there

While your points in the first 2.5 minutes are valid, I would like to elaborate, Developing a specific skill set is very difficult because you are competing in a market of other people who have the same skills, it requires months and years of hardship and small wins to compete at a high enough level that results in more money in exchange for your value. And if you can systematize along the way, you can buy back your time little by little for the value you provide, but it's damn hard and requires a lot of soft skills and leadership. Social skills are great, but strategic communication is the most important, which ties into your time and how you value yourself. Chances are, you will get taken advantage of until you decide your worth is more than the social dynamic you are caught up in, and therefore, you will need to make some very tough decisions along your journey and take risks. It hurts A LOT sometimes, but it is a must. My advice is to stick with what you are passionate about and figure out how you can make good money doing it while automating and systematizing it along the way. If you are not passionate about what skill you choose to do, you will burn out. But it's a learning experience regardless, so eventually, it will lead to a better path. But never settle for less that what you can have, do not give up.

Damn hamza you're getting much better with attention retention. Some things that would keep me even more hooked in more is some extra stories. (ex: giving extra Jeffery examples for some of the steps "The next step is DECISION MAKING. Jeffery goes about his day indulging in every distraction he sees, he clicks on the game instead of opening the essay document. Adonis is not a slave to his emotions, he has blocked out external distractions and is focused. Or include some more of your own stories and your experiences like how Dale Carnegie writes in his "How To Make Friends and Influence People" book.)

I’m always confused when it comes to meditation because some people say it’s sitting and not thinking if anything at all and others say it’s sitting and facing all your demons and nagging thoughts that u carry head on. I started sitting without a distraction and facing my mental anchors for like 30 mins-2 hours a day and it kind of does help. So I’m just going to stick with that method: facing all my mental problems head on

I only went one full day without junk food and then got home from school the next day and ate it again. I’ve started journaling and meditating daily and don’t understand why I can’t stop eating junk. I know its bad for me I know I need to stop and that’s all I can think about whilst eating it. Right now I’m skinny fat and need to get a 6 pack. If anyone has a discord server or anything like that please tell me. I feel like now the only way to improve is to be around a strong brotherhood of masculine men to motivate me on my journey

You must sacrifice for your dreams, otherwise your dreams will become the sacrifice. Once you achieve your dreams does your life truly begin.
