Good morning Bob & Brad when removing the anchors will it damage the walls? Is it possible if you guys could do a close up step by step demonstration on how to properly place the anchors into the walls, what tools to use if any, & how to place the anchors regarding someone height & distances? That would be helpful. Thank you for sharing.👍 Be Safe Everyone🌎😷

Wish they would show alternate exercises that didn't require stuff attached to the walls.
@CD-rs2pl3 жыл бұрын
@@chrystalthornton1502 you can always buy a removanle door anchor. They're like $5. If you buy resistance bands that usually comes with it. You can anchor it behind a closed door either high low or middle. I have the Bob and Brad Anchors though and they are the best. Resistance bands door anchors are a good cheaper substitute though

@EggLady273 жыл бұрын
I have those anchors. They need to be mounted in a wall stud and they will be secure. But be sure to check the integrity of whatever bands you use; if they are old and cracked they could break and you might sail across the room. That happened to my mom.
