At 6:04, they are actually telephone wires and TV cables. Much is improved now as most of them are being laid underground. The inclination of the runway in Lukla airport is10 degrees, not 30 degrees, and its good cause the runaway is just about 530 meters with a vertical mountain in the immediate front.

To do 7 summits challenge you need about 200k dollars... about 60k just for everest. Climbing everest main routes nowadays is more about how much money you have. A good guider and good sherpas will do the hard job. Of course this guy did something hard, but money did the hardest part.
