After 42 years, this is how I dealt with a wife that had no interests, motivation nor showed any desires of sharing her thoughts. This is going to be difficult to share but for me it was divorce. The trick is to not solve her problems, unless you are into that (golddiggers do give it up, but escorts are cheaper). If they have that and no reason to think that you can or will leave if intimacy doesn't improve, your f**cked. Learn about nutrition and fitness. Get in shape. Become a man that other women want to be with and then, after you've put in the work, let her know that it's now or never.

We are presented with the notion that a woman should be worshipped to earn access to this precious gift she might bestow upon a man. The sexual act to a good man in a relationship is the height of intimacy and builds trust within the relationship. Shaming a man for needing this inside a sexual relationship is a clear betrayal of the social contract of being in a sexual relationship and is manipulative. Women enjoy sex. A woman who needs all this scaffolding to feel safe when the man has already proven his value enough to be in the relationship is not a woman who is mature enough to build a successful relationship with.
