Good video, thanks, It is important to mention: 1) dilution depends on initial concentration, for regular peroxide (3%) half and half will do the job, 2) Fruits and vegetables with chemicals need always to be washed, rinse with water or peroxide is not enough, 3) when peroxide is applied on fruits or vegetables, there is no need to rinse, just let it dry, because it decomposes in to water and oxygen, unless there is on the peroxide any other undesirable stabilizing component.

The following note is about 35% hydrogen peroxide, not drug store 3%: Hey folks, I read over posts here on YT of the dilutions people are using water:35%HydrogenPeroxide. It saves me trips to the dentist. I got lazy for a while and stopped whitening and every thing it was definitely showing now I just gargle peroxide and it works so good my gums are getting better to. Lots of excellent info in here! I've used many of these (and more!) and they work great. One of my favorite uses is to put HP on a qtip and swab inside of my nose when I have a cold. I always rinse with salt water after doing that. I used to have horrible sinus infections, but I have never had one for years since I started doing that.

Lynn Maas That is so true. I've worked in dermatology for over 20 years and we tell our patients not to use hydrogen peroxide on wounds as it damages the healthy tissue. We recommend to wash the wound with regular soap and apply Aquaphor or plain Vaseline to the wound and cover with bandaid. Do not use Neosporin. Many people have an allergic reaction to this.
