I think you are great!!! I am glad I found your channel. I just turned 49 two days ago. I am actively dating and have been for years. It’s really hard to find a man my age who takes care of himself like I take care of myself. Yesterday was a first date for me and a certain gentleman. Usually I am so turned off and hour into the date but this one I was instantly attracted to him on many levels. Something new for me! 🎉the date was short I know to keep them short. He asked to kiss me and we said the this was great. Then like an idiot I texted him to say I had a great time and was attracted to him and I hope to see him again. 🥴 he has not responded. I had a great date with a very nice gentleman 2 days ago. He was courteous and attentive all the time, treated me like a princess. As we were saying goodbyes, he asked for a second date 2 weeks later, and I said ok. Then he hasn't sent me one single text after we parted. He is a Scorpio. Would be nice if he texts me something after the first date. But i also believe he will get in touch as the second date gets closer. Maybe he is waiting for me to say something first after the first date? He is 14 years older than me. Maybe he is a little unsure of himself. When we were parting, I offered for a handshake, and he asked for a hug. So, maybe he worries I am not romantically attracted to him?

I guess the handshake was too "traumatizing" for him, haha. In any case, I texted him and said "I had a great time. Thank you." He texted back said he had a good time, too, and asks to chat on the phone this week. So it looks fine now. Thank you for your great insights.

@@brighteyes6559 Why is the date so far apart. And a handshake is too business like. People can say one thing but thoughts flood their minds after you part ways. Indeed he might thought you weren't feeling him after the handshake but. Including, you could've easily just texted him that you had a great time and looking forward to the next date. That's it's! It's all on him now. Women need to be more proactive. This isn't the 70s and before. We want to feel your appreciation too.

had a nice 3 hr date last Sunday but when i walked her to her car she got quiet tense and nervous. she is also being stalked by an ex so she may be a little on edge. we had a weird goodbye and gave her a hug and i couldnt get a feel for how she felt about me so i opted to not try to kiss her. just gave her a hug but it was cold and awkward. should i have just gone for a kiss? all alpha men say you must always go for the kiss no matter what but i have a hard time doing that

If you were not getting the vibes that she was presenting in the moment and also looking for a quest then that would’ve been a unwelcome move. The safest bet is to say “I would like to kiss you would that be all right?“ That’s called consent. But you must also be prepared for a no. Personally most of the people I talk to lately do not like a kiss on the first date.

Find something that you would like to do this weekend and would be willing to do on your own and then reach out. Say, “Hey I was thinking about going to check out this blah blah on Saturday afternoon (or Sunday whatever it is) and I wondered if you’d have any interest in joining me?” Be prepared for no response or for him to say no. This is you putting yourself out there like guys do all the time and there’s a chance that he’s not your person and he recognized that first. But you have nothing to lose. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

You said “great date” so I encourage you to make sure date number two happens. Tell him about something you are planning on doing and ask if he wants to accompany you. After that if he does not reach out and it’s all on you to make plans I would move on. But maybe he just needs to be reminded about how much she enjoyed your company. Or maybe you are not for him and he will say no. Either way is okay. You are not for everyone! 💖👍

It’s been 2 months since the first date. We’ve talked with space like days to weeks to reply each other as you said space after only the first date. Now he moved to another islands. He asked me if I could come to visit him (sure I pay for my traveling choice) and continue for the second date. What should I do? I wanna go for traveling myself too.

That would be a NO for me. If he can't be bothered to stay in touch or respond more frequently - even with moving and relocating and all that that goes with it [it takes what - 2-3 minutes to type up a text or say something nice???] - not! He's in a new place, with new people he doesn't know and he's probably feeling a bit lonely. Enter a visiting chick - preferably with benefits - until he can find someone suitable locally - no thank you. Now I might be wrong about you 2 - and you had something awesome going on, you simply didn't share enough info. But with what little there is - I'd go traveling if that's what you want to do - independently of him. If his place is on my agenda - and that's where you want to travel to - sure meet up with him. For a date - nothing else - and make your own travel arrangements and hotel stays. That'll show what's on his mind, and more importantly - his interactions once you leave again...

@@wwarifilm Are you still texting now or has it been 2 months since you last spoke to him? Then I would see if you can step it up to more regular phone conversations, video/chats, etc. And then decide whether he is worthy and interesting enough to allow your travels take you his way. I think you'd be setting a precedent with that though - with the expectation that you will do all of the visiting, courting and "doing more" to connect with him, than he is. You're taking away the need, desire or urge for him to come after you if you're going to him... If he's serious about dating you, let him come your way a few times before you go to him. You didn't say how far apart you are now that he relocated? Is that a major trip with massive expenses, or would this be a "day trip" or overnight excursion?

I am going to agree with Ms. Green hear that I would probably do some video chats to get a better understanding of who this person is and whether you would want to travel and spend continuous time with them. Phone calls are great but video conversations are a vast improvement when getting to know someone new. You get to see their expressions and read their emotions on their face. schedule a video chat for the weekend!

I really appreciated your suggestion. He relocated within my country which is taking 5 hours to visit (a beautiful island)and I don’t want to feel sorry to myself for “doing more” to connect with him, so I would just plan for me as it will have interesting festival there which I want to visit. I agree if he’s serious about dating, he would initiate calls/videos. I will leave him alone 😂

Talked to a guy whom I met years ago we recently spoke on Instagram we talked day and night for 1 week straight asked to meet up for a smoothie we met up I believe things went well was suppose to text him when I got home and settled but I had my grandson and didn’t get too, so I texted him happy Father’s Day yesterday he said thank you then I called him 2-3 hours later around noon he didn’t respond all day. So I’m not calling again nor reaching out. If we speak again then ok but if not oh well .. not chasing and I also deleted his contact so i don’t reach out. He was ok but had a slight limp and shorter than I like but was gentleman like. So we will see he usually sent Gm text whole first week nothing Father’s Day nor today. He’s a Scorpio too
