It is not Nim Residence. It is Nin Residence. Correct, sold at a small profit after holding for 8 years. Rental is good but little upside.... you are right, it is better to buy big projects, more transactions more chance to make more money.

Saw your review on Botany. If I compared to DFR. Based on DFR residences unique selling point (Mixed development), first mover advantage (launch price), DFR 3 bedroom with closed kitchen should be able to make a decent profit. However, DFR still need to compete against older projects with a lower PSF selling price. And not much transformation in that area, unless government moved a good primary school there.
