To the author of story 3, just get the hell out of there. Whatever she's involved in, she refuses to tell you anything about it and has chosen to just leave you in the dark to wonder and fear for her and for yourself. Depending on what it is, you could get in serious trouble, and she obviously doesn't give a damn if it comes to that. Just tell her that you're not comfortable living with her right now until she explains to you what's going on. You have every right to expect basic communication from a supposed life partner.

I can somewhat understand giving someone important to you a title like that, especially if marriage isn’t for you. They’re more than your girlfriend/boyfriend, but they aren’t your wife/husband. I just finished story 3, instant bail, not even a question, not only does she not love you, she likely committed or assisted her shitty friend on a serious crime, it's not drug or love related, it's violence related, definitely could be a murder assist or cover up with that burying a body type behavior, gather your stuff privately and quietly without ruffling too many feathers, and attempt to move out for at least a while, until all clarification is given, if not, either way it's a win win, bailing is worth it, staying is dangerous.

This was interesting to listen to on a personal level. My dad used to tell me when I was a kid "Your friends aren't your friends." Being young I would argue with my dad saying "How do you know, you don't know them like I do." My dad answered "I don't have to know them, I know the type." Well, my dad wasn't wrong. Fast forward decades later and I can honestly say I have no friends. Why? Because my dad is still right to this day and I learned. My "friends" weren't my friends even as adults. So before anything else really stupid could happen, I systematically walked away from all of them. When it comes to our well being, the situation is a dictatorship, not a democracy. To the guy in story three. As I’m sure you have read through many of these stories or ones like them. My suggestion to you is to leave very soon, one day don’t say a word to her pack up everything that you care about, that’s of value to you and leave. Too many people in weird situations like that don’t take it serious enough. They feel like they can just talk things out or work things out. Which can be the case, but there are also many cases where you push them to far, too fast and it ends up costing you your life. What it sounds like to me is actually a few things. One, I think this friend of hers has convinced her to go along with on some thing. Be it to kill you or she has ring her into something that she has done probably illegally and would probably carry a very large and long prison sentence. And clearly she doesn’t want to share with you what that is, because it probably would either compromise you or would make you a liability to telling the police about her and her friends doings. So if you value your life, I would leave And I would leave and not tell her where you’re going. I would not even go back to your job. I would change all of your life. Even if it requires you moving several states away, if not across the country. It’s hard to do that. Because nobody wants to think the The worst of someone that they’re in love with. But with her acting this weird, it seems to like a very dangerous situation for you, and if she has done some thing like kill another person you don’t want to be caught up in that. Or for her to put the blame on you or her friend to do that.

Once i had finally cut most of them off for stealing from me or screwing me over in some way i lost touch with them. As the years went on it seemed like very 8 months some degenerate ex friend of mine would hit me up out of the blue somehow and tell me another one was dead of an overdose or got murdered by some criminal they were friends with or they murdered somebody and were going to jail for life etc etc. It was just unreal how bad they all turned out, almost all of them. I'd see them every now and then and they'de be like "Yo let's catch up man." they're in their mid 30's and it's like they were frozen in time at age 22 when they started using heroin or doing crime. My first thought about story 5 is that she sustained a head injury when she fell off the bar. Brain injuries can be very serious without being visible, and can cause a person to act very erratically. I witnessed this once - it was absolutely terrifying and it seemed like they had completely lost their mind. It’s a bit strange that the story doesn’t mention anything about contacting the family. Maybe she didn’t have close family but it’s a little odd that the friends didn’t call someone close to her for help before they left. Personally, I don’t think it was right to leave without a member of the group without even knowing where she was. I understand why they did and how truly awful people can be when they’re that out of control, but I can’t imagine just leaving someone I know alone and unaccounted for while traveling. Choose your friends wisely because a misguided choice can be VERY costly (I dont just mean money)! A bad friend or an untrue friend is the very worst thing you can have in your life. You are better off alone and lonely than with people like them.
@pamelameckley5040 Жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Reminds me of a meme that went something like this: "Don't let loneliness drive you back to a toxic friend. You wouldn't drink poison just because you were thirsty, would you?'

@@Cybernaut76 Well I won't argue with you there, people lost at sea are driven mad with thirst snd will drink the sea water which obviously, will kill them. I'm speaking figuratively though, not literally. I suppose if a person was as alone as Will Smith was in "I Am Legend," you would be happy to see *anyone,* even a former enemy.
@Cybernaut76 Жыл бұрын
@@pamelameckley5040 Yes. Thirst is an absolutely terrible enemy because the most severe forms of it drive you insane and desperate and into thinking with anything else but not with your brains. It is probably even more powerful than anything in the category sexuality. Social contacts are in some manner almost as important to human as water. What comes to the term enemy, well, most of people called enemies dont remain enemies eternally. That is one of the so many reason to hate killing anyone even if you were a soldier.

I’ve only ever experienced this once, and it was so screwed up. It really messed with my head, more so than any break up or anything like that. It was a former roommate and when I realized that they had been responsible for trying to ruin almost every aspect of my life, all while living with me and pretending to be my friend, it was frightening. I don’t have a ton of friends, but the ones I do have are very close to me and I generally have very long term/stable friendships so it was incredibly shocking. I couldn’t understand why everything had been going wrong, and I really suspected that someone was trying to hurt me, but it was hard to accept just how deceptive they’d been for so long and that I didn’t realize.

The third story guys gf sounds like she got caught up in something illegal and it went wrong. I would bet it involves a murder bc you found unusually placed blood in multiple places in the shower and if it were hers you would have been able to see a wound of some kind on her. That is unless she never got undressed around you. She doesn't want to tell you and involve you in something like that. You are not burdened with it and not only would it be risking herself, but you as well if she were to tell you. The storyline I can't tell you but I would bet Shawna has more to do with it than her. She is running bc she is the one that the cops or angered party would initially come for prob. Just a guess.
@maggiedk Жыл бұрын
Just saying, sadly, that isn't the only possible way for a woman to bleed a lot without there being a visible wound (period, miscarriage, being assaulted).
@mandykay19 Жыл бұрын
@@maggiedk I feel you, I didn't consider miscarriage when typing that out and assumed that if it were her period it would have been a monthly occurrence in the shower he was used to. Plus being a woman myself, I never got blood like that all over my shower but that's not to say some don't. And if she was assaulted and bleeding wouldn't he see the wounds? Yes, unless she stayed covered like mentioned, however, that is also not likely. I am sure he had been looking for signs of assault on her.

It could also be from shooting up, that would only leave a small needle mark, and she might be doing it in a non obvious place like her toes. Are you okay is a very vague question.. ask her if she's in danger? If you are in danger? If she's depressed? If you can help in any way? If needs space? Just be careful how you approach and tell her if she need help she can talk to you without judgement. You know her better so you know how to approach her. Ask her if she witnessed something bad? Tell her there is always a way to deal with problems. From her answers you'll know what to do. If she still doesn't want to talk just explain that you love her and want to help her but can't go on like that. Leave if you feel you are in danger.

The people who thinks the story 3 girlfriend has suddenly turned into a serial killer has watched too much true crime. If your girlfriend changes personality after showering off blood, then suddenly avoids intimate contact, seems to go cold and empty while shutting you out, looks ups weapons and looks up crimes in the area and considers running away, it's probably not about you. If the story is actually true, it sounds like she was attacked and is showing trauma-related symptoms.

I found out before I was even old enough to have a drink whenever I found out about friends. If you want hurt or robbed make a friend. Otherwise keep acquaintances and no more. This world that we're living with right now is wicked and people are self absorbed and conniving for the most part. Best bet for anyone who wants peace of mind is stay in your own world and don't accept invitations into anyone else's. Swear to God it's lonely at times but if you stay clear to yourself and keep a super small super tight circle and my life is far from perfect but I am here. Not behind bars or in the ground and most people who know me wouldn't Have bet on me ever seeing 45.

This is my philosophy as well. Only once have I had a friend who didn't hurt me somehow, and she is still my friend, been friends 30 years. But everybody else, nah. Not interested. I'm friendly to people, such as my coworkers, etc, and I'll meet some for a drink or whatnot from time to time, but that is as far as it goes. I'm an extreme introvert so I'm ok with this.

Bruh the story 20 minutes in. Your gf and Shauna killed someone bro. Maybe there was a good reason maybe there wasn't. Your gf was washing the blood off from that event in the shower. That's the blood you saw. The weapons were to defend themselves from retaliation potentially. The map search to nowhere is probably where they got rid of the body. Finally, the missing persons list was either to see if they'd been reported missing, or to see that they were and if they'd found the body yet. Your gf was probably supposed to leave with Shauna when you came home that day and she was packed up ready to RUN because she killed someone. Maybe your gf just helped her hide the body or something like that. Could've been an abusive husband/boyfriend/ex that did something really messed up to Shauna. I dunno exactly, but from that info, that's the conclusion I'm drawing from it. Shitty situation. If it were be though id stand by my wife. I'd confront her with that information and try to find out what happened and go from there. That's just me though with my wife so yeah. Pretty crazy though

If I heard a female friend crying, yelling, cursing in the shower and found blood then learned that she'd gone from being anti-gun to purchasing a handgun my first thought would be that she'd been the victim of SA not some weird murder for insurance plot.
