Get the Highest Quality Electrolyte euvexia.com . 7 Truths To Lower Blood Pressure Naturally With Breathing Exercises A Holistic Doctor Explains. Blood pressure, like most modern disease, is thought to have no cure, but once you understand why high blood pressure happens, you can start learning how to lower high blood pressure . High blood pressure, or hypertension, is not something that happens to you. It is something that your body creates with every heart beat, and if you understand why it is created, you can start taking measures to reduce it.
While doctors usually treat the symptom of high blood pressure rather than the underlying problem, Doctor Ekberg will explain how to address the root cause for a long lasting solution.
The natural methods you will learn are equally powerful to prevent high blood pressure from developing as they are to reduce high blood pressure naturally. Breath and breathing patterns are closely linked to the way that the autonomic nervous system regulates blood pressure, which is why relaxing breaths can help control blood pressure. Dr. Ekberg will also talk about how the benefits can be even more far reaching and help reduce a wide range of health problems.

@@Tef1563Keep using the technique, it takes time to get it working. Get yourself a blood pressure monitor and spend several minutes each time. Treat it like a meditation on the breath. wear loose comfortable clothing, sit in a comfortable position in a calm place where you won’t be bothered by anyone, close your eyes and just mentally observe your breathing for several minutes. mentally scan your body from the top of your head down through your face, jaw (especially), neck, relaxing and loosening on the way, keeping your breathing pattern normal and relaxed, continue down through the torso, down each limb, relaxing as you go. When you have finished the body scan and you feel that you’re physically relaxed as possible, start the breathing pattern suggested, breathing in for a count of 3, out for a count of 4 … Do this exercise two to three times per day, if possible. Don’t worry about the outcomes, just trust the process. It’s similar to developing a muscle, you might not see results straight away. After several days, you can extend the out breath to 5 or 6 if necessary. I did this for a month, I can now lower my blood pressure to about 120-125/70-80 any time I want to, with a few minutes of relaxation and using the breathing pattern.

They sent me home with a bp machine to test morning and afternoon. I started the breathing in the 5 minutes b4 my tests. This truly works. My dr is even amazed. My last week avg was 111/74. Yes deep breathing (4-7-8) lowers blood pressure by as much as 25 points but the solution is temporary. The pressiure starts to creep up after 10 min. Accupressure is also temporary. Deep breathing is much faster than accupressure. Meditation helps to sustain low blood pressure.

I feel I MUST comment here. I'm due to have joint replacement surgery. I have hypertension. 185 over 125. My doctor has me on 3 different BP meds to get it under control. I started on them last week. Went for a check up yesterday; 170 over 100. I sat here just now and breathed deeply, 1 cycle every 10 secs for 5 mins; took my BP and it is 146 over 91. Not earth-shattering but not too shabby either!

Deep breathing brings BP down but soon after you start normal breathing, the BP starts rising. So I feel it is a temporary solution. Do not get fooled. To bring down HBP, you need to make lifestyle changes. HBP is one of the main reason for strokes. So beware.

This exact breathing technique, worked tremendously for me when having panic attacks. Every time. I got so good at calming myself that I could feel when one was about to happen, I would do my breathing and keep the attack from becoming a full blown panic. I have been panic attack free for 11 years. Which was a true blessing. I used to get them 3 to 4 times a day. The meds the Dr's gave me messed me up. Got off the meds and learned this technique through research of my own. So glad I did.

Decided to try some lifestyle changes and natural things to help bring it down because I don't take prescription drugs except emergency inhaler for asthma attacks and prilosec for GERD. I stopped all alcohol cut back to 1 coffee rather than 2 or 3 I stopped adding salt to my food and started taking ceyanne pepper in my tea and applesauce started this breathing exercise cut back from a pack or more of cigarettes to just 4 to 5 a day and walking 20 mins a day whether permitting and I have been doing intermittent fasting and in just 1 week my bp went from 150/100 to 130/80 which is alot better. I am still working on giving up the 4 or 5 cigs a day but just those few changes have helped and I feel better. God bless ❤

There are many different types of meditate, that's one reason why it seems nonsensical. People have expectations, and the reality doesn't always match their expectations. I practice TM which was very popular in 1960's-1980's. Jerry Seinfeld and Ray Dalio are among many people who have practicised TM for forty years. There is a lot of research published on it's benefits. The easiest way to describe it is you use a mantra (a subvocalized sound), to reach a state of nothingness. As you focus on the sound, it gradually fades away until there is no sound, no awareness, no thoughts and eventually you awaken feeling refreshed. It's like putting away all worldly concerns and having a mental vacation for twenty minutes twice a day. The only way to really understand it, is to find an expert to teach it to you, and experience it yourself.

All these “quick” fixes and “tricks” to fool you. Reality… your blood pressure never stays down after you apply these tricks. It’s always back up there where it naturally was. If you want to drop your BP..it takes lifestyle changes. Something most people don’t want to do until forced to. Like stroke survival. Or kidney failure. These quacks should be promoting how to change your lifestyles not filling your heads with quick easy temporary cures.

Once again you speak the gospel Dr. STEN. I had already lost weight slowly, 153 kg to 126 at 6 feet tall. Started taking some free BP tests at local pharmacies, I had only had it done every 5 years for my driver’s license & occasionally at a store. But depression, more weight gain, COVID and ignorance meant I should have been on meds last few years. In less than a month, more consistency and pace with my walks, combined with better breathing & frequent testing…..gone from highs of 153/105, to 117/87. Even if both were extremes, have made amazing progress, and most importantly……NO NEED FOR MEDICATIONS! God bless from 🇨🇦

I lost about 85lbs & I still have hypertension. It was perfect for a couple months however, it's creeped back up now. I eat mostly fruits & vegetables & walk at least 30 mins a day. In 2010 a cardiologist told me I need to lose 100lbs, I was 303lbs, now I'm 187lbs. I think it might be stress.

Chug-A-Lug Doug... that's awesome! But, many people who are and always have been healthy and athletic their entire lives, like my husband, still somehow get high blood pressure. My husband, who's 65, is the picture of health, inside and out. Yet, last year, at 64, he was diagnosed with high BP and put on meds for it. He's never taken a drug in his entire life, including aspirin. He's upset about it. But, as a black man, he isn't going to ignore his high blood pressure. So... what to do? we have no idea... he literally cannot eat more healthy or do more exercise. We're stumped, and he will remain on his meds until we find a solution.

forcommenting our metabolism slows down as we age. Most people diagnosed with T2 diabetes are between the ages of 45 to 60 for that reason. Our metabolism begins to slow around 40 to 45 and then again between 60 and 65. If your husband is not overweight, exorcises and eats healthy , drugs are the only answer. You may want to look into the benefits of autophagy though.
@BetterMe981
@BetterMe981 5 жыл бұрын
@@chug-a-lugdoug4638 Yes, exactly. Oh yes, he even did keto with me, just hoping it would change the BP. He's lowish carb anyway, so it didn't do much for him. autophagy has done wonders for me, though, as I have a few pounds to lose, but, luckily I have no health issues other than hypothyroidism (which has been under control for many years). So, he's kind of bummed he has to take these drugs. Hey thanks for responding ;-).

@@anitabruckner6762 I have been breathing this way for several months after watching this video. Took myself off BP meds straight off, as deep breathing from the first day has worked so much better. I have found that sitting quietly or lying down works best, on the hour for 10 breaths. I am training myself to breath this was all the time. I am getting there, but it takes practice.
@roddruce
@roddruce 2 жыл бұрын
@@anitabruckner6762 If you only deep breathe two or three times a day you can easily miss a session and eventually the whole process can slide. On the hour if you miss once or twice it doesn't matter. And on the hour is more accumulative and will become a lifetime habit. It is becoming a habit for me now. Yes I may aim for 15 times a day but only deep breathe 10 times, which is plenty to be habit forming. I even breathe this way when I run and cycle at aerobic heart rate. I breathe in through the nose and mostly out through the mouth. The nose would be better but I have a slightly narrowed nasal passage from a an accident - not worth an operation the specialist told me. But I can do both methods of out through the nose or mouth. Both work the same as in lowering blood pressure, which I have measured many times. But like trying to become fit for running races or walking, consistency id the key. Flatten out the grass and make a worn trail. I don't see this breathing method as for just lowering BP now but for good health. It lowers cortisol well too, which I got from having elevated BP some 8 months back. It is returning to normal now albeit slowly.

I have suffered from heart palpitations for years (on and off) With the current lockdown I have been getting stressed out as I live alone. I have been panicking when I feel the palpitations, and then check my blood pressure, and of course it is high. It can start off at something like 150/100.....and will lower as I relax. Following this video, I did the breathing and within minutes my blood pressure was 128/86! Much much better (I'm 56 this year for reference, and am overweight) I have a treadmill on the way, and with these breathing exercises, my blood pressure should stay low! I just wish I didn't get palpitations (for me they are always the tickly, feel like a skipped beat) but I'm a worrier. I have my own blood pressure monitor as I've talked to my G.P before about my anxiety attacks and palpitations, and he gets me to keep a record of my B.P every so often. I can usually get it to lower by relaxing, but nowhere near as quick or as effective as following this video! The fact I can relax and get my B.P to normal levels makes me feel so much better as I know m B.P isn't always high. It's me stressing out! :/

I feel you. But my condition is when I see my doctor I will get nervous and palpitate like I crazy and of course that will elevate my blood pressure. But when I am relaxing at home my BP can goes as low as 119/79. My heart rate is consistently between 90-100+. It can goes up to 140 sometimes and it can goes as low as 86 when I am relaxing. It is both terrifying and comforting to know that. I am very conscious about my health and I am not even fifty I am 26yo. I guess anxiety and BP disease really related to each other.

My bp has been 185/110 for the last 15 yrs. I have had a full check and everything is working fine but they can't tell me why it's at this number apart from it must be my age. I was offered medication and told that I could live longer if I started it asap. It's very important to have yourself checked by the doctor to see if there is anything else wrong. I didn't take any blood pressure medication. I am 65 yrs old. I run or cycle every day. Every 2nd week I run 27 miles. (Marathon). I currently don't take any medication for anything. I also stopped smoking 15 years ago. I Eat healthy (no junk) and have the libido of a 20 year old. I don't know how these things happen but they do. Lifestyle and what your easy play a very important role here. All I will say is life is a rollercoaster. Many people will get on and off the rollercoaster and many people will tell you that you are not allowed on. But stick to it and enjoy the ride. We all come off the rollercoaster in the end .

I was put into the hospital by my doctor for high BP. I coded twice, one in the morning and the second time late that night/early next morning, like 3am. while they gave me their meds!!! That's when I decided that I wouldn't be doing things their way any more.

Hello. Saw your comment & as I’ve been doing nonstop research on this topic as a result of my father’s congestive heart failure, I highly recommend looking into plant-based doctors such as Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. Dean Ornish, Dr. Michael Gregor, Dr. Fuhrman & more like-minded professionals. They’ve had much success for years preventing & reversing chronic disease. All the best & good luck ✌️

As far as food choices, IF MAN MADE IT, DON'T EAT IT. Eat natural foods as God meant for us all to be nourishing ourselves with. Forget mixes, packages, additives and white sugar. Drink water. Eat plenty of raw vegetables, much variety and organic if possible. Forget the sugar loaded dressings, the liqiud sugar drinks, no alcohol and no tabaco. Just healthy choices. Rebuild your health, it takes a while, but so did getting sick. Given the right conditions, including the right nutrients, the body does heal.
