if your not used to dry heat don't try doing this. your water will be hot even if you freeze it. if you can normally ride 10 miles cut that in half.

Yeah as a IE guy we don’t consider the whole counties of SB and Riverside as the IE. The IE would consist of mostly the metropolitan area of Riverside, Ontario and San Bernardino as well as cities south to Temecula, west to Corona/Pomona, east to before the desert cities of Cabazon and others

You know, this was great feedback that I wish I had before. I’m not an IE resident myself and from research a lot of sites do define the entire counties of San bern & Riverside as the “IE”. A lot of maps in my research made it out to be that way. I may adapt the video and remove the way I define the borders to be more exact.
