Yay for youtube community 💗 Vegan festivals are great for meeting people but sadly just full of vegan junk food these days! Your oatmeal always looks sooooo amazing, wish mine look that good!

Yes, I’m definitely going to eat before I go to the festival! Lol Oatmeal always comes out perfect on the lowest slow cooker setting 😊

I look forward to seeing a notification that you’ve posted another video Karli. I find your information and advice extremely helpful. I have developed my meal prep for Sunday afternoon, for the most part. I tend to prep the same items and I can just throw a meal together. I also like to make a couple of recipes that I’ve never tried before divide them into portions and freeze. I can get one from the freezer and pair it with whatever veggies I have. I like to make a sauce to have as a dressing or I make a hummus. I live alone so it’s become an enjoyable pastime for me.🤓💞

I absolutely love this strategy! Sounds very similar to my preferences as I too am an a la cart kinda girl. I just prep a bunch of odds and ends to throw together later as I choose. Simplicity is the only way to make this sustainable with all the prep work involved. Thanks for sharing Michele. And for your ongoing support and kindness 💜

Another amazing video! Great takeaway points. I’mstill WFPB Vegan but since July 1st I’ve also began a Nutritarian wol. And loving it! Doing well with just a few stumbles along the way but none that I can’t overcome with patience, time, practice. ❤️

@@NaturallyKarli I’m really enjoying it so far. Lots to learn still and my body is still getting used to focusing on the micronutrients first and foremost. I’ve read Dr Fuhrman Eat To Live 2x and chapter 8 of that book many more times. Now reading Eat For Life. I’ve also started weighing myself every morning same time and keeping a food and daily weight journal.

@@NaturallyKarli I’ve heard so many good things about that book! I’m adding it to the top of my “ need to read” book list. I’ve read Eat To Live and particularly chapter 8 (3x) now I’m reading Eat For Life and taking many notes from your videos!!

I need to learn how to food prep at least one meal because I work nights and I find myself tried, stress, then I may grab something anything at that moment.

Meal prep becomes super automated and easy after you find your rhythm. Just pick a day when you’re not working and go to town. Then do it all again next week!

We all do! Lol. It’s all about trial and error until you stumble upon your favorite go tos. Just keep trying. You’ll get to where you envision yourself before you know it!
