Thank you for the review. Really helped. BTW, would be nice if you would actually play with the bow. Also, if the issue is with the weight, there is lead tape sold in thin strips used for tennis rackets; maybe use that.

I literally just started playing the violin (a week ago) and I bought the Fiddlerman Carbon Fiber Weave Bow, as I heard it's a little more durable. How long do you think that bow will last me?

Fire, saws, and really extreme situations aside, the stick will last you as long as you. You will need to get it re-haired every year or two, depending on how much you play.

Get the bow now and learn proper technique. Save it for string tapping later on. If your serious about advancing and you have the talent to do so, start saving money every month for at least five years. I’m referring to saving about $3,000 a year. If the inflation slows down, $15,000 for a violin and bow will take you a long way after five years of study.

I’ve been using this exact bow for 1 year 😂the frog is already coming. Apart sooo I’m trying to break it to my mom and dad I need a new bow
