That Petro truck stop looks like a WWII mine field. At some point; whether it be loyalty to the owner or pure convenience, you've got to start taking your business elsewhere. You and other drivers, trucking companies have a lot of money invested in equipment and you all have to protect that investment. Let ownership know you plan to stop going there unless they start making improvements on the lot. They don't have to get it all done at once, but they have got to make a big start.

I have been watching the roads for a long time watching to see if could catch a glimpse of the super trucker , well today was the day! Saw ya on 220 loop around shreveport about 1500 hrs today . i was headed the opposite direction ( dmmit ) on Cross lake bridge. nice full load of jet skis i guess. wasnt anyway to get turned around and try to catch up ans catch a glimpse of bailey. travel safe super trucker!!!!!

HI Dan: Holidays are over so duty calls. Such is the life of the working man. I would suggest you put bolts with washers in the holes in your frame before your touch up your paint. A cleaner look and I was always told that filled holes are less inclined to crack. Maybe an old truckers tale but for the price of a few bolts, why not? Travel safe.

You are correct on the bolt holes in the frame. DOT also requires every bolt hole in the frame have a bolt.

Holes need to be filled on a frame. Mr. DOT will see them early on and Mercer inspection might also. Dan will be on it though he most likely knows this already.

Dan Dan the professional flat deck man. Getting a little liter always helps out even if it’s 500 lbs especially if it’s on your drives. Three weeks is a nice vacation sort of.
