Yeah, I've considered that maybe it was sarcasm after watching it a couple times. However, I don't believe this is what the world needs with all the racial tension going on. They just kept talking about race the entire show. Bringing up race on everything. I feel like it kind of takes the point out of diversity when you feel like you need to point out "hey look! Ok so first of all, I commented about who wrote this skit, and that means I didn't ask for your opinion about my username, nor do I care about it. Second of all, I am not "telling myself" this, the facts are that Colin Jost and Michael Che (this year's hosts) wrote the script for the skits presented, work in Saturday Night Live (where they are also the head writers), they said it themselves that they were trying to do somethng similar with what they do in SNL. If you watch any of the Weekend Updates they do, you'll see that this is something very simlar to their sense of humour (which is obvious, since they were the ones who wrote it).
