You know, with the revelation that Cecil was faking the whole heist and that it was just an elaborate story, the part where he tells us that Steve's one job in the whole heist is to basically babysit Carlos and make sure he doesn't immediately forget what he's doing in favour of investigating security system is fucking funny. Like, I can just imagine Carlos is listening to the radio and either while listening to it with everyone else in the 'heist team' or after while talking to Cecil about the broadcast, he brings it up like Carlos: Hey, I'm an adult! I wouldn't have needed someone with me to keep me from getting distracted! Someone else (Cecil, Steve, etc.): Carlos, you literally forgot you were supposed to be trying to leave the desert otherworld because you, essentially, saw something shiny. You would've needed someone with you to keep you from getting distracted

So there's something weird going on with Cecil's family, but I can't figure out what it is. In "Cassette" he mentions a brother he doesn't remember, but not a sister. In "[Best of?]" we get a better idea of how old Cecil really is, so... I don't think he and his sister are really related, I think he just thinks they are. Or whatever happened in 1983 replaced his brother with a sister. I don't know.
