People become vegan for many different reasons as being ones vegetarian I now eat meat I don't fry and make sure it's the healthiest it can be without hormones and so on and I'm totally fine no fat no cholesterol no high blood pressure and so on it's all about balance you get your greens some meat is good fish chicken and even steak everybody goes about their health in different ways it's basically processed food is all bad for you there's even horrible vegan processed food like Beyond Burger and so on but anyways one could still be very healthy and have meat but you have to have balance like everything

My recommendation for anyone is to know what's in your food. There are pesticides on plants and hormones in meat. A vetted vegan will tell you that its important to know where your food comes from. Some people do well on a vegan diet and some people dont. The less chemicals and more nutrients the better everyone's health will be. Our soil is very depleted so its important to get the plants grown properly. Best to you.

Chef Babette Davis is right! you have to get educated on eating a plant-based diet to feed your body and to nourish your soul. I'm starting to eat more plant-base food like raw pumpkins seed, raw peanuts, salads, fruits and vegetables, and smoothies and juices. The more you understand nutrition and plant-based foods and lifestyle the healthier you will become physically.

The whole paradigm of aging is changing to people who take super care of themselves inc. plant based with lots of fruits and vegs, cultivate inner happiness, reg. exercise a person likes from cycling/walking/team sports/yoga/swimming so many fun ones, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practice, work a person enjoys ect... are not classically aging but remaining in excellent health and living over 100 as 10,000's of people in Japan are now doing, 150 is coming up fast.
