@@SkibidiDragonRizz man, its hard budgeting for a good pev i have a big “cheap” chinese e scoot 60v 45a its fast and fun will do 45mph but the frame and 10” tires hold it back sometimes like any tree roots or potholes and you’re going over the handlebars. I got a nice voro seat and alltogether i have like $1600 in it, great for street riding, ass on the dirt but it costs 50% less preforms about 50% worse than a legit dirt bike frame, but it stores well and fits in my jeep while a bigger frame wouldn’t. Everything is a trade off and you always need another bike.
@kgpp2293Күн бұрын
As soon as I seen you cut the hole the whole size of the fan i was instantly concerned. Did good enough tho. 62mph also might be more like 5-6kw from my experience on my own 5kw hubbed motor setup. And you use heat shrink to shield wires in tighter spaces like where you repaired the motor wires. Tape could have moved and shorted it out
@sammybrown4680Күн бұрын
😂 I would be happy to ride or own anything you build. I've been watching you long enough to know you're legit. Love the channel love the builds.

I got a free e-scooter off my friend I didn’t say it at the time but when I went to go pick it up I could clearly see the negative wire from the battery was disconnected 😂 the tray and battery were on the deck so when I got home I just stripped the wire, twisted them together and then hotglued them together and it turned right on lol. After a couple days of riding I saw a bunch of kids on e-scooters doing foot drag wheelies and then I realised its front wheel drive so I took off the front wheel (motor) and the rear wheel swapped them around and I realised the motor cables were too short so I wipped out my scrap wires and hot glue gun and spent 2 hrs doing it the hall sensor was hell 💀 5 tiny wires but got it done and it works great I can’t get a soldering iron parents say I to young I’m 12 bruh

Great build you did a nice job. But I'm with others with the electrical tape and hot glue. Grab a roll of heat tape which will do alot better job. Tape gets hot and will come undone and bolt the fan in. Make the fan cut out a lil smaller and drill 4 holes and bolt it in it is a more professional way..other than that great video and you got your self another sub.

11:04 Invest in spade connectors (and a proper wire stripper), Tommy, for this part. Soldering just takes too long and resistance along that connector can vary. Love the video dude.

I love mine and have put almost 400 miles on it. As long as you ride respectfully, cops wont care in my experience after passing by/ talking with several of them. If you want one already built with proven miles and located in Texas, I am looking to move to another project soon and need the garage space. It has the black lightweight frame and gold anodized wheels with Shinko 244 tires, with the same exact motor/controller/battery kit mentioned in this video. Huge shoutout to Endo as well for the guide when I first got started. It's not an easy build and I learned a lot about electrical engineering from this project, but the end result is so worth it🔥

I also had a 3000w motor cable cut while test riding it and it broke later on and the motor also had some resistance. Thats really interesting that it does that

Washers & Spacers... After the first E-bike build I soon learnt it's a great idea to get a nice collection of different sized washers & spacers, 'cos it's nailed on that you're gunna need some, especially when fitting a hub motor wheel.

I got a few suggestions: If you're going to mount a fan, then first use the screw holes to find the spot, then cut out the space in between that way so you have a simple solid mount. I also use the USB end of the controller to power my fans or LED strips. You can get USB accessories cheap and already wired. and they will turn on the bike.
@ENDOPRYSMofficialКүн бұрын
That’s a good way to do it. I like having the Bluetooth plugged in so if I want to tweak anything I don’t loose the connector.
@tacticooldennisКүн бұрын
@@ENDOPRYSMofficial I used a USB splitter to keep it plugged in and a fan too, but you still need to unplug the wire inside before programming.
@ENDOPRYSMofficialКүн бұрын
@tacticooldennis ok good to know I may just do that from now on. What is the out voltage from the usb port?
@tacticooldennis19 сағат бұрын
@@ENDOPRYSMofficial It's traditional USB so 5v. its not going to blow like those 12v fans, but you also keep the noise down. and you dont want to suck in water. I had heat issues with my Sabvoton 150 but the 200 runs cooler. (but its a little longer so there's a space tradeoff.) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n6PIommrfNiYjLM

@matthewf197920 сағат бұрын
Electrical tape is temporary. The adhesive breaks down in the elements and releases. You should be using heat shrink tubing for permanent wire connections. Hot gluing the fans into holes larger than the fan frame IS jank. It does matter how you do things and there are better ways.
