Same here! I love Somali coffee (qawo 🇸🇴) drink in the morning 1 cup and it keeps me awake more than 12 hours😂

antiperspirant I read somewhere is very bad for your health because of the metallic contents and the blocking of a useful function of the body's own ecosystem.

True! Also especially for women as armpits are so close to lymph nodes and breasts. I use a natural deodorant from the brand Cocunat, it doesn’t have aluminium (or other toxins) which is the main issue with typical deodorants / antiperspirants.
