I punched a hole in the oil pan of our last Cross Kart engine, a DOHC 750cc out of a 1982 Honda CB750. Other than the puncture in the oil pan, the engine was tired, a little smoky, and not as powerful feeling as it once was. We picked up another Honda CB750, this time cheaper than the last (we only paid $150 for the whole non running bike!). We fixed stuck valves, rebuilt the top end with new gaskets and seals, and installed it in the cross kart! While this engine still needs tweaking, it's awesome to have the CarsandCameras cross kart back in action!
