Probably my coworkers. Their idea of exertion is to go get a massage then say "we went and did this and that" as if they are royalty. This is the same type of idiot that first stares then complains when someone does deadlifts because the earth moving and the noise is disturbing their bench pressing. Encountered that at the IMA weight room, Seattle wash, UW, back in 1991, this was before crosshit was out and chest and arms only was still in. Most of those fuckers are probably dead, one was this Filipino Seattle cop, Andy, who said, "you aren't lifting professionally", all he did was reverse bench 315 for reps and no legs. Fuck those people who don't know how to lift. They are a waste of air.

***** Jealousy seems to be the norm. In Seattle I cant count the number of people that wanted to comment, fight me, or complain when I deadlifted in a gym in the early 1990's. I lift at home now to avoid gym fees and comments. Given that I am 43 if I were to lift in a gym and someone said something, if it were negative I dont have patience for pretenders anymore and would comment that maybe they should stop bothering me and mind their own business. It still amazes me that people dont see someone lift and be happy for them and see how it can impact their training positively. I have always wanted those around to be stronger than me and refuse to lift in an atmosphere where people are doing useless cardiovascular training on treadmills or other nonsense. I wont support that financially. If people need aerobic fitness they can do that at home and they should stop wasting space in gyms. A gym is designed for heavy weight, racks, slamming weights and yelling. Anything other is pathetic.

I am in the process of convincing my Dad to buy a belt squat machine. Your testimonial is always a powerful one; worth the money? I was thinking about self-fabricating one, but I would have to check out some specs on that first.

I lift at home so wife knows where I am and cause weights are there. Her comment when I deadlifted 500(once only): "Why didn't you put it over your head?". That resistance with chains is like the bowflex concept. Before I got my squat rack I phoned bowflex and asked why their rods only went up to 410, not 600. The operator didn't really know what to say. And here in this video those 25 kg plates are thin like swiss cheese-could you fit 2000 lbs on one of those bars? Delayed onset muscle soreness? This is much worse if my zinc intake from supplements is high. B vitamin high doses and vitamin c help stop this feeling of not being able to walk. Elevators at work also helpful.

"bodybuilding crap"....as much as I UNDERSTAND the value of bodybuilding crap (more useful for injury prevention and balance hour plifting) it WOULD be really cool to see some information on techniques grated towards ONLY hypertrophy. I think with your creativity, a few videos on high bar squat, dips, incline bench, flat bench, etc, standard movements done for bodybuilders and in bodybuilder format , would be really fucking awsome for the other side of the training world. I have learned a lot from the information you provide. it's mental nutrition, great shit. always watch and end feeling like I fed my brain good stuff. you ever train guys who are strictly bodybuilders? itd be cool to hear your thoughts on rep tempo, paused training, that type of stuff. what you would think is best for growth.

This is the first video that I noticed you mentioned taking preworkout, plus I see the jack3d next to you. So are you totally fine with taking a preworkout supplement? Or do you only do it before things like a 750x7 deadlift workout?
