Another beautiful vlog, good find, thanks guys, it’s so green there but the canal seems very thin. Coming on summer here so all a bit brown at the moment but BIG rains predicted for south east Queensland, including hail, for the next three days in fact I had to turn the TV up to hear what you were saying with the rain on the roof, maybe help to green the place up a bit. Still getting use to this strange Queensland weather nothing like what we had in Victoria, Queensland SO hot during the day, hate the heat but love the rain. It was fun having the camera on the boat when going down into the locks, those noises brought back great memories. Thanks heaps guys and love to the three of you. Oh we got a new puppy, a 3kg ball of fluff names Henry, he’s beautiful, he’s a Moodle and he’s apricot colour. Six months old on the 4th Oct. Cute as.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise Gentlemen. This was a very enjoyable, in-the-moment video, with just the natural sound and your interaction. I was going to say, Dexter seems to be a natural at Canal Life and then he can't make up his mind about being on or off the Boat. LOL..... I had a dog, that had to keep her eyes on both my partner and myself, at all times when we were at home together. Loved the way, when his Daddy called him away from another Dog, he went back to his Daddy. Such a lovely Dog. I noticed that after Lock 39, the center line on the starboard side had moved, it was not in it's neat dress order anymore. Did you stop for a cuppa? What made the boat lurch a bit in the last lock, that made me sit up as I thought something had gone wrong. Glad everything was OK. Great scenery too. Love listening to you two and the banter between you both. An excellent Vlog. Take care.

Not sure what happened in the lock, maybe a bit of brickwork snagging on the rope protectors 🤷‍♂️. That is why it is always good to be in communication in locks. We just rocked the boat from side to side and it came loose but a bit scary. The centre line had probably just been used. I am really anal about it 🤣. Glad you enjoyed. Have a good week. ❤️

Really nice footage of this section. So glad you both enjoyed this part of the canal network. The mixture of the rural with the industrial is one reason we love living in this area and akways enjoy our walks along this canal. We do like this format. It gives us more of a view of what actually happens on the canal. Also, I thought the fenders were supposed to be on top of the boat when you went through a narrow lock. I think we saw that on a Kath and Anna Marie video. We enjoy watching your videos here in Tennessee and hope to visit the UK again next year. Oh, and my British Mum-in-law used the Right Toe joke a lot in East TN.

Seriously heartwarming for me. Many of the lanes and little roads around were I grew up on Penistone Road at Fenay Bridge are like this with luscious, overhanging trees and oh! so green. If you looked directly right along this stretch Castle Hill would be up there on the hill but I think you are too low down on the canal. Bet the banks of the canal are awash with bluebells in the spring. Thanks for this lovely surprise journey mid-week....a treat for sure. Much love and hugs.
