For a young man who was born profoundly deaf young jack"s speech is amazing,,what wonderful parents jack has. Loving watching all of the graft going into m.v melody Honestly,,you would never know that jack has hearing impairment,, his speech is spectacular for a boy with cochlear implants,,never ceases to impress me - jack is not afraid of hard work unlike me at his age - did i heck want to work hard,,again,,a testament to his parents leadership and encouragement in his young life. Following these vlogs and truly enjoying all of them

@@SailingMelody yes,,jack is doing amazingly well quite honestly,,that is down to both of you fantastic people who are wonderful parents who encourage jack and who are letting him learn all manner of skills needed in life in a manner that is so inspiring and never have i ever seen nor heard jack ever appear despondent, nor discouraged from achieving all that is possible in life to achieve. My heart soared when jack appeared saying disability should not be something that becomes a self limiting factor as in should not hold an individual back from achieving in life - that's amazing - from the mouths of babes as the saying goes, children are brutally honest and they don't mince their words - they say it as they see it.

Hello you three from British Columbia, Canada on the west coast. It is called "kiwi grip" because it is from New Zealand originally. We love you 3 hard workers and look forward to your sailing adventures. Jack is a smashing crew member and helper. Maybe some day you will sail into our harbour at Powell River, B.C. and continue on to Desolation Sound named by Captain Vancouver because there was no area to grow crops as it is mostly fjord-like, beautiful and serene. We sail a Panda 40 "Warlord" black hull, Glad to see you are wearing protection gear in all instances. Cheers, Bonnie and Wilf

Hang on to those forceps! They work in all the tight spots! Where fingers don't fit. The long ones are hard to get a hold of. That case was also a nice touch. If it's water proof, Then it's for Passports and whatnot. That's awesome.

Hi. I am from New Zealand where our native flightless bird is a KIWI. As such we idenify ourselves as " kiwis" as no other country has kiwis as a native bird to them. I would say that the name kiwigrip is not a reflection on the grip of the bird but they do have very strong legs as they " dig" for worns and grubs in the bush. Not sure if kiwigrip is a New Zealand product. Checkout your container as the answer may lie there. Not sure if you have had an answer to this as we have just found you on Utube today.Love what you are doing and will continue follow with great interest. Cheers and good fortune. Regards Ian L
