I was on the 20th day of the Part-2 challenge when I got ankle sprain by playing 7-a-side matches in a row. Sadly that I couldn't finish the challenge but it did improve my performance man. Thank you for showing us this.

Hi Michael you're amazing! Your video on mental training really help me to be confident.This time I was so confident until i got on the pitch i was thinking its nothing only mental stuff (all the stuff you said "its just like standing on top of a building and doing it"). But once the whistle blew i got all nervous again. This really brings my game down . I ve given up!!!Feels like shit ...😢😢😢

Thanks for the kind words mate, when it comes to training confidence, it’s like training any other aspect of your game, it takes time and repetition. Keep practicing positive thoughts before your matches, over and over, and eventually you’ll feel the improvements.

So great work out. What type of fence is that you are hitting the ball against? We've been trying to use a block wall but the ball even if hit rolling perfectly on the ground tends to pop up after hitting the wall every other pass or so. Really kills the effectiveness of the drill when the balls come back bouncing most of the time. Next time we will try the drill with a futsol ball hoping to deaden some of the bouncing. Any tips?

hi mlc,thank you for your video,i just did this pass workout half hour before,here are my feelings; this trianing is very helpful for people like me who has a little elementary skill in inside foot passing. i think should do a warmup before do it the last one and the second last one are difficult to me,especially the last one,i can hardly do one more with my left foot ,i can't find the timing that ball bounce to the ground. that is great video,thank you

How would you alter this drill to simultaneously practice awareness? I was thinking having my iPad behind me switching colour from Red and White. So before the ball gets to me I look behind and it’s red I pass it back to the wall, if it’s white I do something g different
