Hi guys! Here is part 3 of my 1000 touch workout series. Here is the full workout for you to follow: 01:05 - Inside foot inside pass (right foot) - 50 repetitions 02:07 - Inside foot inside pass (left foot) - 50 repetitions 03:10 - One touch passing (right foot) - 100 repetitions 04:34 - One touch passing (left foot) - 100 repetitions 06:01 - Alternating inside touch inside pass - 50 repetitions 06:57 - Alternating outside touch inside pass - 50 repetitions 08:02 - Alternating sole roll inside pass - 50 repetitions 09:10 - Alternating cruyff touch inside pass - 50 repetitions 10: 41 - Chip to inside pass (right foot) - 50 repetitions 12:00 - Chip to inside pass (left foot) - 50 repetitions

I was on the 20th day of the Part-2 challenge when I got ankle sprain by playing 7-a-side matches in a row. Sadly that I couldn't finish the challenge but it did improve my performance man. Thank you for showing us this.

Challenge Accepted. Except I'm going to be doing all three training sessions of the 1000 touch workout series everyday outside of my regular training for a month or more. Wish me luck guys. I'll keep you updated on how much I improve. Its only about 30 mins a day. No Excuses.

Hi Michael you're amazing! Your video on mental training really help me to be confident.This time I was so confident until i got on the pitch i was thinking its nothing only mental stuff (all the stuff you said "its just like standing on top of a building and doing it"). But once the whistle blew i got all nervous again. This really brings my game down . I ve given up!!!Feels like shit ...😢😢😢

Thanks for the kind words mate, when it comes to training confidence, it’s like training any other aspect of your game, it takes time and repetition. Keep practicing positive thoughts before your matches, over and over, and eventually you’ll feel the improvements.

So great work out. What type of fence is that you are hitting the ball against? We've been trying to use a block wall but the ball even if hit rolling perfectly on the ground tends to pop up after hitting the wall every other pass or so. Really kills the effectiveness of the drill when the balls come back bouncing most of the time. Next time we will try the drill with a futsol ball hoping to deaden some of the bouncing. Any tips?

hi mlc,thank you for your video,i just did this pass workout half hour before,here are my feelings; this trianing is very helpful for people like me who has a little elementary skill in inside foot passing. i think should do a warmup before do it the last one and the second last one are difficult to me,especially the last one,i can hardly do one more with my left foot ,i can't find the timing that ball bounce to the ground. that is great video,thank you

Please do 10 different 1000 Touch Workouts so we can do the 10 000 Touches Workout (all Workouts from 1 to 10). Or do 12 Workouts for every Month per year.

How would you alter this drill to simultaneously practice awareness? I was thinking having my iPad behind me switching colour from Red and White. So before the ball gets to me I look behind and it’s red I pass it back to the wall, if it’s white I do something g different
