Best little pieces of advice I give to players are: 1) “See the shot, TAKE the shot” 2) If the ball is moving, imagine you are striking a second ball just in front of the actual ball ( by the time you actually strike THAT ball, the REAL ball will have travelled that exact distance) 3) As much as possible, land first with the same foot you strike the ball with. 4) Aim for EVERY strike to be on target, make the GK work Oh, and as usual Michael, love the video

1. Play to your strengths. Show what you do best rather than trying to play in a way that’s not natural to you. 2. Want the ball, don’t shy away from receiving the ball out of fear of making mistakes. Low mistakes does not mean a good performance. Want the ball and show that you’re on the pitch to contribute. 3. Communicate. Not only for yourself but for your teammates. Man on, time, turn, solo, etc. 4. Focus on the next play. When you make a mistake, know that another opportunity to produce a moment of quality is coming, so stay ready. 5. Work hard, even if the trial is not going your way, showing you are always willing to give 100% no matter the circumstances will make a good impression. 6. Thank the coaches for the opportunity, and be confident knowing you have everything.

That’s great mate. Personally I rarely use the knuckleball in match situations, I much prefer using the other techniques because they are more consistent. It’s a interesting technique to learn but definitely not essential 🤜🤛

Focus on a clean connection rather than swinging your leg as hard as possible. Proper contact with a large backswing are the two most important steps to produce power 🤝
