I live in East Central PA, and honestly, we got lucky here, maybe an inch or so of rain and 20-25 mph winds max, some models said 6 inches of rain would fall here, but it is Not even close it appears from the storm. It already stopped and is bright again out at 40.6856° N, 76.1955° W-Pottsville PA

For now, yes. If it doesn't develop or interacts with Hispanola or Cuba, it could get to the Gulf. But the overwhelming majority of the models don't show that.

More likely a tropical depression or a storm than hurricane for now. Always a chance this system strengthens faster than that - but that is uncertain at this point.
