I actually lost friends by not gossiping lol They assumed I thought I was better than them, when in reality I just wasn't sharing business that wasn't mine to share. Same with the couple of friends I lost because I wouldn't let them goad me into being promiscuous or cheating on my partner. Like you girls do what you want, and I'll do what I want. We can meet in the middle and be friends but don't expect me to follow in your footsteps when you're so unhappy. Misery loves company.

Oh my goodness this is my story! When I walk away from gossipers I instantly start getting the “who do she think she is” look. It’s been done to me many times and I wasn’t there to defend myself, someone told me and it hurts when someone’s preconceived notions didn’t take the chance to even know me so therefore I am not participating in that mess. Life too short, I am thriving!

I had 2 bosses at my old job who hated me as I wasn't I to drinking and partying like they were. They had the whole department get involved in their drinking and nights out. They turned everyone against me because of it, it made life so difficult. As I got to know people, they were confused as they were told I was an awful person that couldn't be trusted, yet I worked hard, kept my head down and was professional. One team member worked with me previously, she told me straight out that everyone hated me, even people who hadn't actually met me declared they hated me because of them. When everyone saw I wasn't the monster I was portrayed as, it created a huge shifting of mindset and trust within the department. I think my old bosses were threatened as I didn't hero worship them like everyone else did, to me they were just my bosses. Their huge ego's didn't appreciate it. When their bosses figured out what they were doing to me, my life got so much easier, I had fewer general duties and some of those duties were actually given to my bosses and their girlfriends.

Plus, regarding jealousy think what if she was not your sister or your friend. There are lots of people in the world more accomplished than you, as well as less accomplished. Its no reason to feel bad. It is what it is. You are on your own journey. Besides, being in the circle of such an exciting person will bring opportunities you would not otherwise have had if you seize them. ❤

Though most of the points in this video are true however, it is not the case for most people. For instance: I’m an introvert has the same daily routine all my life yet, people go out their way to bully and hate on me for no reason. Unfortunately we humans are becoming more and more evil. Sadly that’s the world we live in.

It is the case for most people. Being an introvert has nothing to do with it. But all of these things are learned behaviours, you have to teach yourself to be like this. Although being bullied will drive you into the negative mindset you have, you have to work at changing that. Letting yourself stay a victim and saying that your situation is other peoples fault is not going to help you in life.

It's not necessary to put effort into achieving being liked. No human can control how another thinks of and behaves toward them. After all humans will dislike another for no reason whatever. Simply be you however likes you good, however doesn't it doesn't matter. At the end of the day Nobody really cares!

All of the points made were excellent! For anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves/ live authentically, looking inwards and asking yourselves the correct questions is important. Growing up many a times we learn these negative traits or have picked them up along the way to be liked/defend yourself/protect yourself emotionally so looking inwards and healing yourself is crucial.

😂❤😊 these 8 rules were truly necessary , might sound a bit harsh at times, but made me laugh😅 sometimes your unaware of tactlessness or crassness bad habits develope over time and it takes at least 30 days to make a conscious effort to change. Good morning Vivian. I always enjoy your content. I believe what. people think of you is none of your business. God did not design us to be people pleasers. We are designed for God. Basically Please all, please none. You will never please everyone and it is draining to do so. The best way to live is to Treat people how you want to be treated. Dislike people for what they have done to you personally. Ask God to help you forgive them, but stay away from them bad company corrupts good morals. Great video! Ladies really need to watch the aimless women-shaming. May I say, your audio has a big echo and your video background with plants and other items is quite distracting. You content is so delightful, and really deserves the best audio/video setup. Have you thought about hiring a professional videographer?
