Yaaaas girl! THANK YOU! I cannot lift as much weight over my head as I can lift with my butt - so I havent been able to push as hard as I want to. I've had a hard time finding workouts that keep the weight below my shoulders. This is PERFECT! 👌

When using the barbells is there certain weight in the bar we should use and what size weights should we be adding on ? I thank you for the clear and informative examples.

Thank you for this workout I’m pleeeaaased like no one lol this is very efficient I couldn’t do all the exercises but I picked up 4 of them and did the work ! Landmine squat is a REAL thing lol If u don’t have a bench like me, I recommend you do glute bridges instead of hip thrust Thank u again dear

try doing 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps, depending on the exercise!

i want to reduce my glutes/butt...am used 20kg berbell (per disk 10kg).......how many reps for me?

I recommend doing higher reps and lighter weight. You'll want to make this into a high intensity workout if you're looking to reduce your glutes. Maybe look to do 12-15 reps each with more speed. -Toya

If you're trying to build your glutes, I'd say 8-12 reps depending on how much weight you use. -Toya

I want a well formed butt ,I workout at home with my ez barbell ( 4kg +2kg disk on each side ) Usually takes 100 reps of lunges a day (1 set = 15 reps) , is my workout routine fine ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
