I make a really good simply chicken salad. Chicken breast chopped or shredded, thinly sliced celery, grated carrot, diced white onion, mayo, salt n pepper. It’s so good!!! Another one is shredded chicken breast, thinly sliced celery, diced onion, chopped walnuts or pecans, pineapple tidbits and mayo.

I wanted to made cheeseburger soup last night and I realized I didn’t have anymore potatoes, so I used the frozen cubed hash browns I had on hand, and it worked perfect! I might do that from now on because it is a nice time saving “hack” 😊

Suggestion: to the king ranch soup add quartered sliced zucchini, diced white potatoes, some frozen corn and a can of chopped green chili. Cook until potatoes are cooked add in your chicken. This makes a delicious southwest chowder. Top with cilantro, sour cream and tortilla chips.

My favorite Halloween movie is probably "Hocus Pocus 1". But I do love "Beatleguise 1". I haven't seen "Beatleguise 2" yet. "Hocus Pocus 2" was good, but not as good as the first one. "The Halloween Tree", "Something Wicked this Way Comes", "Halloween Town 123&4", "Monster Party", "Practical Magic", and all of the "Addams" movies are all good. The new "Wednesday" TV series is excellent. And then of course there's the classics.😅 I love watching y'all's videos. They always make me happy. 😊

HI GUYS!! I LOVE WATCHING ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS!! AS A 100 % FULL BLOODED ITALIAN, I BELIEVE THE SPICE IN THE ITALIAN SEASONING THAT MIGHT BE BOTHERING YOU IS PROBABLY THE OREGANO.. MARJORAM IS BASICALLY A VERY MILD SEASONING, BUT OREGANO IS VERY STRONG AND CAN MOST DEFINATELY BE OVER WHELMING..

I'll give you another little friendly tip, when you are making some sort of sauce or or soup anything that you would need to thicken up with a rue or flour or cornstarch, it will only get to its thickest consistency once it has boiled. It will not get any thicker after that. Hope this helps in your future cooking that's if you didn't already know that tip. Love the video super entertaining very informative and the food always looks so delicious.

Ok, ok, just ONE more thing. Onions, like garlic, are extremely healthy for you. Try using a food processer to pulverize them into a paste, & even carmelize them too. The added flavor is so awesome in so many dishes and your heart health will thank you!
