Ran my first Hyrox Mixed Doubles in Brisbane yesterday which went really well. Watching your Hyrox videos have been really great to prepare well and reduce pre-race anxiety! Huge thank you Woodsy 🙏🏼 Keep up the great content!

Hey WW. Great series you’ve put together here, I’m just on this final episode now. I’ve competed in Hyrox already but these are full of useful advice and tips which I shall be utilising in Brum later this year. Really well put together videos and excellent and concise content. Very engaging well done. You’ve come a long way from your earlier videos, especially the vocal delivery. Brilliant. Well done and I’ve shared with some gym friends too 👍💪🤘

Ahh cheers bud that’s very kind. Yes defo keep the content coming and this style of breaking down the stations is excellent. You could maybe do derives on other training too, like the basics, or some of the other training you do. 👍👍

I have really small hands and find it hard to hold on to the ball, I've been holding it at the sides to prevent me dropping it. I'll try elbows in and stay under the ball.. thanks.
@woodsyworkout9 ай бұрын
it is a little trickier with smaller hands but once you have the balance it is more efficient to have the hands under. Aim to keep it just in front of the chin

Could you please tell me your theme music? Seems a good tune to listen to before an event

Hey @Philiptetlow910 sorry I couldn’t find the original audio I added it to my video a while back and just reuse that, think it was a small loop not a full song anyway though.
