Was on the sofa when I went to use my phone and it was black. And I’ve tried to hard reboot and that hasn’t worked. It shows nothing, not even the blue hue that suggests the screen is on. ​@vivianbada160 it ended up being a software issue for me. Make sure everything is backed up on the Samsung cloud as they did a factory reset. They did fix it under warranty, which was good. I was told that it may have been because I was using a different wall plug than the Samsung one (phones original one), so I've switched to that.
