You consistently feature exercises that I really haven't seen anywhere else. And you show regressions as well as demonstrating proper form. You also close each video with the most adorable, fluffy little doggies. And it's greatly appreciated. ❤

Thank you so much Cori! I just had a third surgery four days ago for my second breast breast cancer and I’m feeling stuck again with fatigue and some frustration with this 18 months of treatments. I want to get back to my feel-stronger routines. This is a perfect series that’ll help work my bottom half so when I start to return to my pre-treatment level of yoga joy hopefully my bottom half will be up to it. Thank you so much! You’re a rock star. Cheers.🇨🇦🤗🙏🏻

Thank you for adding how to simplify your exercises or do them in a non-floor position. I am over 65 and rehabbing gluteal tendinitis. I’ve been using a few of your easier exercises and really enjoyed them. Getting down on the floor is difficult so my husband and I purchased a Saloniture MASSAGE TABLE and I can now do many of those exercises using that table. I recommend getting a massage table for anybody else that has a similar situation.

Hi Cori! Love your videos. Do you have to perform all 8 exercises? For numbers 4 and 5 moves, if you don't have a bench, is it any other way of doing them? Many thanks 😊 🙏
@jackywacky43612 жыл бұрын
Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following Next Level Diet fat loss meal plan for 3 weeks now and people already started complimenting my body 😊

In the figure 4 move (love it!), I felt the exercise more in my oblique area. Why was that?
@redefiningstrengthOC4 ай бұрын
Sounds like you are crunching to the side, and you will use your oblique some to maintain the posture over focusing on lifting the leg with your glute.
@QueenAmy2 жыл бұрын
Great idea to brace the shoulder against a wall for the Figure 4 move. I definitely have an issue with leaning over, so will try this. Also, Move 5! I can already feel the fire. I feel like weak glute med is the source of all my injuries and issues, so looking forward to incorporating these activation exercises. Great content!
