Great video Aaron, many thanks. I'm turning 29 this year. And it's scary. Because I feel so lost & depressed. I'm grateful for not having a drinking problem, or drug/smoking problem. I have a lovely girlfriend who I'll probably marry. But I still feel like shit. Depressed & anxious all the time, and I don't even want to start talking about my overthinking. Overthinking is so tiring & just a bitch. Went to therapy some time ago, was going systematically. But I stopped because I kind of felt like she can't really help me anymore or say something more that hasn't already been said, you know? I can't find a job, feel unmotivated to work out regularly, that's a problem too. And I also kind of live in a toxic home. So as you can see it sucks but I guess it's not so bad. You know how several people throw videos on KZbin talking about how they feel like they wasted their 20's? I watched a couple of those. And now I kind of relate to them & also feel like those people. Forgiving myself & my past is also another big one because I'm just not capable of doing so. I keep returning to the past. Depressed & anxious all the time. It sucks. Don't know my direction or how to be successful. Not to mention the stuff that's happening worldwide is also not making me feel better lol

Thank you Alpha for being so transparent about your past. Your 20's sound very similar to what my 20s were like. I have been sober for almost 5 months now, which I didn't think would ever happen. I "cold turkey" stopped drinking and smoking. It's been one of the best decisions I've made, and I don't even miss these substances that were ruining my life. I've replaced those bad habits with music production and it really feels like its been a remedy for me.

I‘m 33 and alcohol is after quitting smoking 5 years ago my biggest problem in life. Even then I used to drink, but after quitting cigarettes it got even worse. I hope and I fight to get that under control. I feel that this is my most problematic problem in life. Greetings from Switzerland.

Just taking action doesn’t seem to do anything, I push myself and can be intensely focused on something, but after feeling angry and discouraged on and off all the time, It becomes hard to function and I have to get rid of the headache for a week before I start again. It feels impossible to stay consistent without wanting to punch myself in the head. I have a lot of good habits, I journal, I meditate, but I am still really sensitive to light, sounds, I talk to random objects as if they are people, I feel like I am acting when I try to socialize etc.

Hey Alpha... I've been watching you since I was like 16? I'm now nearly 33 ... inreally loved your earlier videos. I'll be honest I kinda lost interest with some of your later videos due to the nature of the hyper energy and the pushing of sponsors. Your best videos are ones like these were you are your most open and genuine. I lost some family during the covid lockdowns and became very depressed I didn't finish my degree and now I'm unsure of where I should aim my life .. but its so so helpful to know where you came from and how you turned it around. I'm proud of you man. It's also a little hard to see you have more of a hairline and haven't aged a day haha mean while my hair has been receeding every year! Anyway. Please consider having a more conversational tone like this. You don't need the thumbnails/hyper energy. You are inspirational as you are man. And still one sexy MF
