This appointment had me spiraling, I was doubting myself in ways that I haven't doubted myself since hair school! Hair is not just black and white when it comes to being healthy or damaged, there is a grey area that it lives in sometimes and depending on what you do, it can determine if it becomes damaged or stays healthy.
