SUMMARY
- Find a lipstick colour that works well for you, and always have it with you for when you want to elevate your look - it's also a great way to take your makeup from day to night
- Use a natural lipstick colour as a base, and then add a brighter colour to the middle of the lips for a pouty, fuller lip look
- If your hair is dirty, pull it out of your face and put it up in a bun - a sleek bun always makes you look polished and more put together
- Find a signature scent that you feel represents who you are, and stick to it - perfume oils are a great option, and you can apply to your wrists and behind your ears
- Chipped nail polish is not a good look - even if you avoid colours and choose a nude colour or stick to a clear top coat, that will make you look more polished and presentable
- Being positive is a very attractive quality - swap negative energy for a pleasant smile and approachable body language
- Don't gossip about other people - focus on your own life, and avoid judging what others are doing with their lives
- Put down your phone - it is much more attractive to be approachable and open to conversation
- Have quiet confidence - don't feel like you need to be the loudest in the room and constantly express your opinions, just know when not to speak
- Keep your back straight and hold your head high
- There is nothing more attractive then caring for others and being selfless - be generous and kind

I think what we wear is important. For instance, well fitted clothes (the right size : not too tight or loose) look more flattering on a person. I also think finding the colors that compliment your under tone makes a difference. Honestly, its all about having some good stable clothes that you notice look good on you

i have had an ongoing problem with self harm since i was 2 (i had a horrific childhood - not going to get into that story but trying to set the stage for context). some things i do to make myself feel more attractive: 1) self pampering - i do a facial mask, lately i've been soaking my feet in warm salt water and rubbing off excess skin, shaving/hair removal, makeup (usually i only wear bronzer. this week i started doing bronzer, brows, lips, eyeshadow). 2) i find things to make myself laugh. if i can laugh, i'm less likely to hold on to anger/stress and i'm in a better position to handle situations or people that i come in contact with. 3) temporary tattoos - there are so many fun designs and shiny metallics. the possibilities are endless. i ALWAYS get compliments when i put some on. 4) i clean something - kitchen, car, closet, bedroom, bird cage, patio, bird cage. etc. i feel if my environment looks kept, it makes me feel kept/confident/ at peace on the inside.

This may sound weird...Before I got cancer fashion was very important to me. I was bedridden for 6 years. Wearing nice pajama’s and my panties “HAD” to coordinate! It was a must! It just made me feel so much better having nice pajamas and cute panties that coordinated. I also always had some small earrings on and put my hair in a low bun. I was in and out of the hospital a lot. On stay was 96 days. The nurse’s all knew me by the pretty girl who had her nice pajama’s on vs the hospital gown. Wearing that gown just made me feel😒 depressed and sick. Still to this day I always wear nice pajamas and coordinating panties and small earrings when going to bed. When I get up I brush my hair in a low bun and I still feel pretty even if I stay like that all day. When I look in the mirror I don’t see a sick person😊

Psychologically she is mature. And very wise. But if it is the first time you see her, she really looks sooo young. I thought she was 18 or so when I saw the video about her meeting with her dad. Now it is harder to perceive her as some teenager, because we already know she has kids and we know her personality:)

Those were all great tips! I would add this: hanging out with people who have a good consideration of us. I don't mean it in a needy way, as we needed someone's approval to be confident. I mean that if you are constantly around people who don't appreciate you it's very challenging to be confident, and spending a couple of hours from time to time with someone who recognises our value can be very much beneficial in my opinion.

Although I love almost all your videos, this one is definitely the best so far. Telling out loud values we are perfectly aware of but not practicing so much, is admirable.

Despite my love of makeup and how easily I can get sucked into thinking I always need to have a full face, it is from watching your videos that I’m trying to move away from that. You are so naturally beautiful inside and out, and you remind us that we can all be that way. You help remind me that I am enough and that I’m more than how “perfect” I look. I admire you so much ❤️ thank you for your wisdom.

Valeria you are so beautiful inside and outside ! I got diagnosed with a brain tumor in April this year and I surely noticed how much it changed me not only inside... I gave up all my makeup routine and hair routine. I was always the one to put a full face makeup on even if I just went to the grocery store. This diagnose changed me in so many ways, I can't tell you. Your positivity in your videos helps me a lot and I just want to thank you for this. I am sending you hugs and love from Germany ! ♥♥♥

Quiet confidence is my thing lol I’m so happy you talked about it. Also, people that constantly complain about their looks, specially when they’re attractive are the absolute worst because we know they do it for the attention.
