Jump rope is a great tool for improving your strength & agility because it incorporates so many training elements: conditioning, timing, hand-eye-foot coordination, and the mental focus to access these elements at the same time.

I just have to say y’all did quality work in this video. Thank you for helping me set health targets (goals) to up the jump rope routine. Been using the srs elite everyday for a week now. So much fun! Great for anyone who also loves to run.

Some times the rope stuck withe head and feet how to solve this?

Practice! Really, that's the biggest thing with jump rope. Repetition and practice. Try getting 100 single jumps in a row without missing before moving on to more complicated movements. Good luck!
