Age: 13 Weight: Around 210 (32% overweight for my height) -Used to get teased and bullied a lot in school and felt super low about myself. Goal: Lose 50 pounds before the end of the year and increase self-love and become more healthier. Day 1: Legs were pretty sore. Sweated A LOT. Hardest exercises were push-ups, squat jumps, and bicycles. Tried to keep up as much as I could. Day 2: Low energy and motivation. Wanted to give up. Kept on feeling like stopping, but tried to push myself as much as I could. Day 3: I have gym class at too so plus this…it was so tiring and I wanted to cut things short but I did it! I kept on going until the end. So proud of myself!

Day 1: definitely feel the burn (I’ll update everyday ) Day 2: thighs are sore but went by faster today but still a little shaky plus some parts were now easier to do! Day 3: A little bit harder but the soreness was easier. Didn’t know why it felt harder but I got thru it !!! Day 4: Sores went down alot and it felt good when I did this! The last workout is when it was a little harder for me but I pushed thru and finished !! Day 5: No more sores but feels good to work out now and less tired STARTING OVER!!! my birthday is in a month so imma do this until the week of starting in the morning.. rn it’s late at night and I just got off work Day 1: So starting back was challenging but not as it was when I first started it was more of pushing my limits and the burns were more tolerable I’m also doing a fast while I workout out and only allowing water in my system. So let’s see how this goes !!! Day 2: Definitely way better I just woke up and did it and it feels really good . Now I was sore after day 1 but my body has definitely pushed through way better than last time. Day 3: Feels the same as yesterday except it went by faster and some of them didn’t hurt as much. Day 1: everything was easier not as tired but did feel a burn for some parts but not all

Loved this so much. I absolutely LOVE that you don't talk to us, because every time someone does that in a workout video I want to punch them in the face for some reason. 😂 It's also amazing that you display the next workout, and when a workout happens it's in HUGE letters (for us blond people who are trying to workout without their glasses). First Week Update: Just for an update, im on my eight day and I've been seeing difference on my weight scale. I was between 70-71kg and now im 68kg. Not that big, not that small but atleast i lost some weights 😅. I do this workout every morning (4am) and every night (8 or 9pm) together with a arm toning workout (i do this workout after this workout). Its weekend so im giving myself a little break by just doing this workout only once. See you next week!

got roughly two weeks until prom, and im doing it, wish me luck guys day 1: i'm not even done and i feel like dying... feel the burn ig... day 2: just got done with the workout in three listens of whipped into shape from the legally blonde soundtrack, i can feel it in my stomach day 3: almost didnt do it today because I was in sm pain but I powered through, I got it done in 11 minutes and 19 seconds!! day 4: my boyfriend came over and we did the workout together, and I did the workout in 11 mins 14 seconds! I'm getting better each time, my stomach feels so tight and now so are my legs! my legs felt tingly when i started the workout this time day 5: did it again with my boyfriend and got it done in 9 minutes 7 seconds! also im actually starting to look forward??? to it??? i no longer feel pain so much and I feel like I got over the biggest hurdle and i can do this consistently! Its making me feel so so good about myself omg. day 6: this doesnt even feel that bad anymore, just like a chore? like now that i feel good at it its just like ugh same old same old but i do feel sm better abt my body omg. day 7: did it today without my boyfriend because he's at work! also HALFWAY THROUGH! got ten days left until prom, and less than a week to purchase tickets. I feel SO GOOD about myself and my body image. day 8: so I took two rest days and forgot to update the comment but I did do it! felt really guilty but i got really sick so there was no physically possible way for doing it those two days. day 9: I got everything done but the floor workouts at this moment but I'm gonna do them soon I just dont wanna plank in front of other people 😭 I feel really good abt myself tho!💗

okay i’ll be doing this everyday and updating here 👇 age: 13 the reason why i am doing this is because i’m not the average weight a 13 year old should be, i want to lose weight and become fit for my netball next year. i’m turning 14 in january and i would like my present to myself to be hopefully thinner than i am now. day 1: definitely really unfit, really felt the burn after this video but i feel good and totally confident.

Let's Do This! Age: 12 Weight: 72.6 kg Goal: 54 kg!! Day 1: ✅It was quite hard but I made it through. I loved the stretch breaks as well! Can't wait for tomorrow! I felt the tightness in my abdominal area near the end. That's a sign I hope! Day 2: ✅ It felt more challenging today. Probably because I knew what was coming. I woke up groggy and tired and this video was my motivation to get up and start exercising! I woke up still feeling the tightness in my abs so thank you Rachel for the stretch breaks! Also, I did the Muffin Tops and Love Handles workout video. It really helped. Day 3: ✅ Much better than yesterday! The burning is actually just muscle tightness but once I finish exercising it goes away! I also decided to do her daily stretch video! 👍 Day 4: Rest Day! I just can't exercise since I got home so late last night and I'm just too tired. Day 5: ✅ I feel so much better! The bicycles are getting much easier! I can't believe 10 mins went by so fast! I was quite demotivated since I didn't exercise yesterday. I also did one of Lily Sabri's 5min workout for fat-loss as well! Feeling energized and going in for a second round! Note: I haven't been feeling well so I couldn't exercise yesterday and today. I will do 2 more extra days after I finish next week since I missed 2 days. For anyone who is wondering, I started on Monday the 10th. Update: 09/23/24 Hello!! SOOO many replies omg. I want to thank everyone who was telling me to be comfortable in my own skin! I recently turned 14, and as an athlete, I will say that I do more intense workouts than this video almost daily now. With that said though, this following this video did help me with confidence. Not to please other people, but because I genuinely didn't like how I felt at the time. Anyone should be able to feel happy with themselves, and being overweight wasn't something that made me happy. But never starve yourself or go past your limits. Change will NEVER happen in the blink of an eye and that is something I didn't understand when following this video. Make sure your mindset never wavers into something possibly threatening to your wellbeing. Best of luck to everyone, young or old(though I doubt older people will be watching this video😅)! Again, thanks to the people who replied and tried to discourage me. I know you all had the best intentions 💗💗

Doing this for 13/14 days along with another workout Day 1: i was too confident for this one and it was pretty hard. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this way, but overall it wasn’t THAT bad. I feel motivated and energized. (57.2kg, maybe because i ate dinner or Idek ) Day 2: my WHOLE body was sore ALL day, but I think it was worth it. The workout was a bit challenging mostly because of the soreness but it was much better and faster. The soreness really gave me some motivation to continue 🙂 Day 3: my legs were still really sore but it was fine overall. Day 4: Soreness was decreased and this workout seemed pretty easy already :) Day 5: a bit of soreness left but it was great overall. I think I can see some changes and I prob lost a bit of weight Day 6: I can’t believe it but i skipped this day :,( Day 7: I was so unmotivated to do this but i still forced myself to. Overall it was fine

First workout where I didn’t feel like I was hyperventilating or panicking. I didn’t even know when it got finished. It was so calm. So relaxing. It’s not only helping you get in a healthy body shape. It also helps you mentally. I feel 100% better than I did this morning. And I am doing this workout every day now. Day 1 - did pretty much All of the workouts. Stretching made everything hurt less. And felt calm. Day 2 - ended up getting COVID and being in bed for 2 weeks. But anyways we are back now and today is my day 2 I can feel my body get back in shape !! I’ll keep you guys updated !

Day 1: really, I made it to 3:32 without stopping. I had to take rests but I did my best to ‘complete’ this video. Day 2: again, made it to 3:32 without stopping but I took way less rests to complete this video. It felt easier and I think it’s because I ate more protein before doing this.

@@tamyradrew8155 sadly, I didn't I'm disappointed in myself i sprained my hand and had it wrapped for three days and had to go a week without using my hand so I didn't stress it I'm starting my diet again by going bike riding for an hour bike riding burns fat faster then walking.

@@tamyradrew8155 yes, I did lose a pound or two I'm also on a low carb diet I'm not eating or drinking bread, candy, pastries/sweets, cereal, milk, juice, soda and I'm only saying certain fruits bc they contain a lot of carbs as well.

@@tamyradrew8155 most people will lose a few pounds just from eating healthy as I described but you'll lose even more adding in a good strong workout routine try to work up to doing an hour of exercise everyday I also did a warm up before working out and cool down for after on this girls channel as well and if you can put some stretches into your day too I love the youtube channel "blogilates" or "Anna mcnulty" they both have good stretching routines.

I just did this workout for the second time and it was great (my legs are tight from yesterday, though! 😅) Just when I'm ready for more, the video is over! Starting off at 47.3 kg, wanting to lose atleast 3-4 kgs in the next month Day 1: Had to stop a couple times betweek different exercises but feel good Day 2: Stretched before I did this and i made a world of a difference, had to stop only a few times. Thighs were sore which made lunges harder but got through em all!

im going to document for 4 weeks to see how it works for me! I weight around 200-210 (don’t have a scale which is why I’m not 100% sure) - Day 1: I finished! I struggled a bit with the push-ups because they aren’t my strong suit but other than that, everything went great! - Day 2: I woke up pretty sore from my legs lol. So after the workout my abs are in pain LOL but that definitely means I’m doing something right. Although this hurts, it makes me want to keep going. - Day 3: I’m not sure why but I was super tired after doing this today but I feel so pumped. I have hope for the rest of this time doing this workout. I hope to get better at the push-ups. - Day 4: Didn’t workout today because I went to the mountains all day! - Day 5: Today the workout was much harder for me because I woke up pretty sore from yesterdays trip. I managed to push through it and I’m ready to do it again tomorrow. Tomorrow I’m going to implement a cleaner/healthier meal plan to my diet so I can start seeing results. - Day 6: I didn’t workout today because I had to get shots and my arm is super sore! BUT good news is that I went to the doctor and i actually weight 194! I lost 12 pounds from my last visit and I couldn’t be happier! Tomorrow is a new day and I’ll definitely exercise!! - Day 7: I pushed through the workout with a very sore arm but I did it! I did the alternatives for most though because I didn’t feel great. Can’t wait to do it tomorrow! - Day 8: I forgot to write yesterday 😅 but I felt pretty tired doing the workout. I’m going to do it again later today to document for day 9! - Day 9:

Its the 2nd day of mee trying this 1st day i couldn't even complete half of the exercise shown in the video the next day my leg was so sore but i contined to bcoz this time i gotta do this.. i have done more exercises and ill continue to do soo It be rlly helpful if ppl sven motivated me to do so.. ❤ thank u

Im doing this with a rotation of another glute workout so on and off 56/57kg and 60 cm or 5'3 Day 1: had to pause at some timew it was a bit easier than expected but there was definitely some hard parts(was sore from lastworkout Day 2: was a bit more easier and i think the workouts were helping wuth my bloating ill check on my weight in a week

Age: 12 Weight: 46 kg i think? Idk Day 1:✅ looked pretty hard at first but kept getting easier until the excercises u had to do laying down. My stomach started aching. Day 1 = 5/10 (I’ll keep editing this till day 14)

I'm a beginner and I wanna lose weight within two weeks (School break). I'm gonna try this one. Day 1 - I feel so tired and nauseous, I don't know why. But over all, it was refreshing and I sweat a lot.

Since everyone else here is keeping track of there progress I will too Age:14 Weight:130 pounds Goal: just skinnier ✅Day 1: I'm exhausted and my .muscles hurt, nothing else to really say ✅Day 2: I feel slightly less exhausted but my muscles still hurt from yesterday 😅 and I've lost about 2 pounds already 👀 ✅Day 3: ✅Day 4: I did do this yesterday but forgot to comment cause I was celebrating new years with family, anyway today was a lot less exhausting but the push ups are still hard to do and keeping my head up while doing the bicycles hurts, and I haven't lost any weight since day 2 ✅Day 5: the exercises are getting a lot less exhausting but the two things I said yesterday are still hard to do😭 ✅Day 6: ✅Day 7: I did it yesterday but again forgot to comment cause I was tired, but nothing really changed except I found out I actually didn't lose any weight when I thought I did on day 2, so it hasn't really done anything, I'm halfway through and I'm getting worried 😟 ✖️Day 8: I forgot to do it so I'm gonna add 3 extra days when I'm finished ✅Day 9: ok I'm sweating a lot because I actually pushed myself a lot and I think I've been doing it wrong by not pushing myself, so I might have to redo another week😓

I started this yesterday night and plan to complete the whole 2 weeks. I'll also try to answer comments if anyone has a question. I'm also on a diet and plan to also go on 30min walks after this. I'll weight myself every Sunday. I'm 18 starting weight is 162, my goal is 135. Day1:✅, was very tiring and struggled on some parts, but did it all the way. Also didn't go on the walk since it was last at night and the whole day I was at a party for the super bowl Day2:✅ very hard, was sore from the first day. Day3:✅ was way easier, I also started a 10day get ready of muffin top video and still feel pretty good 👍 Day4:✅ felt easier, might add another workout tmrw(an early edit but I just felt different, so I went on the scale and I already lost 2lb!!!!!!!!!) Day5:✅ Day6:✅ Day7:✅ Day8:❌ I tried to start it, but my stomach was really hurting Day9:✅ I feel so much better and it it feels easier Day10:✅ Day11:✅ didn't feel motivated at all to do this. Day12:✅ Day13:✅ ngl I'm not seeing the results I would to. I'm not saying it's the video at all! This is like a diary in away to me yk. It's like I haven't lost any weight, so I'ma do so research and stuff tmrw

Let's do this! Age:12 Weight:54.5 Goal:45 Height:154 I want to do this because i don't have to much energy and i don't feel comfortable in my body. Day 1:it was a little difficult, but I feel something in my abdomen and legs. I also did your warm up. I think that this evening I will also do fat burning walking I'm doing more exercises today and tomorrow because I won't have time to do on Christmas. I am gonna upgrade every day Day 2:My legs hurt so bad, but i did it.

i left a similar comment on a comment above, but please don't try and lose that much weight/fat at your age. speaking as someone who did the same thing and had it lead into eating disorders, it's dangerous. you're growing- this is when your body is the most uncomfortable and awkward! of course, working out for energy and to feel better about yourself is always good, but i strongly advise you to be careful with what and how you do it. take care!

alr i just started this and I'm gonna let yall know how this is going day 1: i felt a bit of a burn so its good day 2 : sore from yesterday day 3:again,im sore from yesterday so the burn was a lil more intense
