Just curious..do you have videos that allow for a ten second break in between? Struggling with the non stop. ❤

No unfortunately we've always done workouts this way, but please feel free to do them at your own pace, e.g. since the exercises are 45 seconds long, take those first few seconds as break if you need it, and do a full 30 seconds of the exercise. You will still feel it!
