I love your workouts! They are short, but get me sweating and breathing hard from time to time. Also, I think I can sustain them over a long period of time since 10 minutes goes quick. And the music, wow. Love it! Happy for the timer too. You rock Monika Fit.

Still here! :D Doing this while recovering from a flu. Made me feel better! It's perfect intensity and range of motion to get the blood flowing, but gentle enough to not exhaust. I've been feeling quite depressed about laying sick in bed all day for the past week, and this is helping me get back up on my feet. Thank you so much for sharing this, Monika!
