I've been following Pam's workouts since more than half a year. I used to suck so bad earlier. But I tried and kept going... and I have to say.. YOU GO GIRL!!! Your workouts are probably the most effective on the internet. I've improved my form, my stamina and my mental health is so good! All thanks to you. Your workouts are worth a billion and you've put them up on KZbin for free and SO many people have benefited. Pretty sure the only reason they got through this time is Pamela.

To anybody who needs this: you're doing great! It's important to push yourself but at the same time, it's important that you listen to your body. If you feel you need to rest, take it. Just don't quit, and I know, Pamela is proud of you.

She uploads every week a new beginner friendly, a 30 minute and a 45 sweaty workout plan on her Instagram!!! She also has an app which is called "Pam app" and has a lot of workout plans.💕 (If you want you can check one of them, they are very effective!!!) 😁❤️

I do exercise everyday. well i used and still do follow lily sabri and cloe ting's workout but Pamela reif workout is worth it. I don't say the other are not good but for intense workout Pamela reif is better apart the leg workout I prefer lily sabri. That's just my opinion but thanks to all of em for all their effort.
