Another great workout. You have your internal and external references backwards at the beginning of the video. Also that ledge would have been a great place to do some dips! Keep up the great work and keep those videos coming!!!1

I love your workout videos and all your other videos as well. I was just wondering if you incorporate any weight lifting into your exercise regimen? I've seen the weights in your yard in a few of your videos but didn't know how they fit into your workout routine.

Exercises like these are surprisingly effective at creating tone and definition in muscles. Like he says though, that's IF you do them with proper technique. It's all about how far you can push yourself. Mind over matter; when you feel like quitting, you're halfway there.

uno bruce lee used to charge supposedly up to 1000 dollars for private lessons. charge more dr mace ur an incredible teacher and an even better human :D

Jake great cardio.learned that u should only take 80% breaths not 100% breaths when winded.100% and lungs dont absorb oxygen it blocks the absorption

zen is good (308) can you give a source for that? 100% breaths should increase the partial pressure of the oxygen and speed up the absorbtion, shouldn't it?

I appreciate your continuous regime but I think you have to check your stance and full range punch form. It may be a reason of your elbows getting locked up from full motion. I expected more intensity while punching..disappointing but a good video. I like your attitude while practicing.
