Skipping adalah cardio yang dapat membakar kalori terbanyak dalam waktu singkat! Di video ini kita ngajak kalian buat ngebakar 500 kalori dalam workout singkat berdurasi 8 menit saja. Kalian hanya membutuhkan skipping (jump rope) untuk bisa melakukan workout ini.

Gerakan paling ampuh selama gue diet bray, btw almost 3 bulanan dari gue yang tingginya 181cm berat 101kg, dalam 3-3,5 bulan turun bablas anjlokkk ke 71kg hahaha ,tapi gue lakuin 2-3 kali sehari gerakan kegini ditambah intermittent fasting bray, sekedar sharing and anw makasih ilmu gerakan jump rope nya.

gue inter fasting nya bertahap dari 16-8 setengah bulan, lanjut langsung 20-3 ,bakar semangatnya pake bahan bakar "benci diri yang gendut waktu itu"😂

gue udah nyoba... mau paling cepet ga kalori kebakarnya... lo coba skipping 400 puteran rest 40 detik, 400 puteran rest 40 detik, 200 puteran high knee, rest 1,5 menit, hajar 1000 puteran no stop..
