I purchased a decorative frosting starter kit today at Dollar General Store here in the United States for $4.75. I’m excited to try it on the mini cupcakes that I just finished baking only a few minutes ago. It comes with 3 tips, and the same line also sells additional sets of 3-4 tips separately for only $3.50. With that being said, I wish that I would have seen your video before I had made my purchase! That’s so incredibly genius and budget friendly how you did all of those different effects by making a few simple tweaks to those zippered bags that most of us already have in our pantry! Thanks for sharing! I’m getting all sorts of ideas bouncing around in my head about how I will frost my little cupcakes! No extra sets of tips to purchase for this resourceful, artist & thrifty mom who’s determined to stay on her budget! Thanks again!

With each video, I see ever more clever methodology of making things that I would have never thought about. But this one -- this one tops them all!!! My mind is BLOWN at how clever these icing tip hacks are.... I've used plastic baggies for years (instead of frosting bags) yet never realized that sometimes the way I sliced the tips off might have resulted in annoying and super crappy-looking decorations. This video has made me feel more brave and encouraged than ever before that maybe -- just **maybe** -- I might be able to pull off a few of the little decos here and there. Thank you so much! THIS IS SO AWESOME!!

this is amazing! it worked perfectly for my cousins birthday. i used your recipe for american buttercream, which tasted amazing and held up well. i did not have enough sugar, so i used 300g instead of 330g. i also did not need milk, for some reason. everyone thought it was amazing.

I don't bake anywhere as much as I used to, but thanks to you and with the nudge from my daughter, maybe that will change.
