I applied for the DV lottery 2024(this year of 2022) as married under traditional marriage custom (MEANING I did not have marriage certificate at the time of submitting my application). Is it possible that a Disqualified applicant by double entry to be selected or win dv lottery??? My freind was Disqualified because of double entry that he have made undeliberately during registration on November 2021and an error came ( you are Disqualified due to double entry) but on 8th may 2022 when the results were announced and he checked his status he won the lottery and been selected randomly for further process in fiscal year 2023. Should he submit his DS260 or is he rejected because of disqualification????? Waiting for your response.

winning doesnt look or consider work experience or education. After winning, to get the visa you need to have either high school or qualifying 2 years of work experiences
