Hello James, great tips, thank you! I took immediate action by deleting a few people who drained my energy indeed. I walked away from them in real life some time ago, but somehow kept the connection with them on social media. It felt good deleting them today, while doing so I wished them a happy life in my thoughts, just not in my life. Another tip I will take on is no social media at sleep/wake time. I'm not sure about the cold showers though... I'm afraid they would be... too cold for me ;-)
