I exited an abusive marriage four years ago. Divorce was final two years ago. Near the end of 2022 I was finally able to purchase my own house with my own money. I had left over furniture from the marriage as well as a few pieces of hand me downs of my grandparents and parents. I kept the most precious to me and sold the rest. I then, by the grace of god, the universe, and my ancestors, was able to outfit my home with new pieces that reflected the house but were my style. I have never felt so peaceful in a space before because I know it is mine from my own hard work. I love my home and the things I’ve purchased to live in it and I give all of the credit to god, the universe and my ancestors. The universe does not make mistakes.

I've never even heard of Dolores Cannon. I can say this, she is absolutely spot on! I have a beautiful grandfather clock that was purchased as a gift to myself and former husband on our first wedding anniversary. Not long after my husband left me and our child, the clock stopped working out of the blue. These many years later, I fully intend on having this clock repaired. The single socks, I have a full drawer of them and hate to throw them out but they have always given me a feeling of aggravation just opening the drawer and seeing them useless. I have clothing that should have been burned a long time ago. I also have clothing my mother wore and she has been dead 25 years now. I have her wedding dress. I have already been on the journey of de-cluttering my house, although it never appeared cluttered; things are in closets and drawers that are taking up space that can be otherwise used appropriately. It has been a huge release for me internally throwing out old stuff that serves no purpose other than memorabilia. Seven out of eight things apply to my life. No broken mirrors.

My daughter is grateful for the pieces of garments that I have saved from when I was the age she is now. Fashion goes in cycles, and some fashion remains timeless and classical. When she takes over a piece of clothing (always in good condition!) she makes it hers. I sometimes forget it used to be mine, she so “moves into it” and makes it hers. At the same time this hand-down of clothes connects us. She says I had good taste, and she would have bought the items herself today. It’s an exercise in individuality and in connection between mother and daughter at the same time. ❤

She had a band audition for a music scholarship at a University and wore them. Well, as she was going up the stairs the entire sole started coming off. A professor saw her peril and offered her to go into his office and try some tape. She taped all around that shoe panic ridden 😂 and then click clucked into another room to audition. In that room was the professor that let her into his office! They both laughed. She did end up getting a small scholarship. She was so embarrassed. 😂 She came ome and said toss all those neat shoes away. I cant go through that again. 😂 I thought it was a wonderful lesson in perseverance! ❤😂

This made me laugh so much as I live in off grid caravan, everything around me reflects survival, its intention is to eat, live and keep warm, to worry about an empty hook, or have to think about these things I think humanity has truly lost touch with what we are, also what our focus should be about, living in line with nature does not allow for pondering a lone sock, but I am grateful as I really looked around me and felt truly blessed for my old torn jumper, the thanks I gave to the rusty wonderful pan, the joy of happily wearing the odd socks, and throwing things away, broken mirrors can become a great work of art and still be used, in fact can be a buisness, I create from clutter and junk and make a great life from it, so yes tell people to throw it away as a reflection of good fortune, as its all worth a fortune to me, chuck away society is not in line with a healthy realm, maybe mention charity or doing something good with the unwanted things, theres nothing tidy about living in spiritualiy uncluttered homes, I think opposite, but hey, its all perception, thanks tho

I too live in a small caravan on the West Coast of Canada. I am shifting things all the time. What I don't need, I give away to someone who needs it. In turn if I need something I get it from someone who is getting rid of it. In a caravan situation, at least where I have lived, this goes on all the time. There was a bicycle that a friend brought home and fixed up. He road it a bit but got an electric bike. He gave that first bike away. In the time I lived in that particular camp, the bike changed hands twice again. I have moved on and often smile when I wonder about the bike.

Purging feels good and we feel good about giving to those who might not have enough or any clothes and shoes. We choose to place them in a bin instead of Goodwill so our things are freely given. As I understand it people in Japan fill broken tea cups with gold which makes them whole and beautiful again. I could be wrong about which Asian people do this, but I feel it is those from Japan? Some transform broken items, into useful, unique creations, making them new, unique and enjoyable. If you are not well-off, you learn to cut back where you can. You sacrifice over years and years, for others, in your family. You buy food, wear old garments, use old sheets to clean windows, instead of getting stylish clothes, or you pay for ongoing, rising living costs and emergencies. Some past energies are precious, glowing, with love and warmth. Otherwise, these suggestions are great. Clutter is not needed. It is possible to change your environment, when you are physically fit, otherwise you will need trustworthy help, to finish undone projects. In an ideal world, you would always have someone helpful and strong, to move an old dresser out of your home. Everyone gets old. Sometimes your privacy and peace, from a busy world, is more important, than your surroundings. If you can manage this, do it, while you can.

I think that whatever one believes is manifesting for him... If he believes that many things or clutter are causing him negative results, they are most likely to happen in his reality. What about the rich people who have many things, and enjoy them? I don't think they believe they need to get rid of things... Their beliefs are different and it is manifesting in their reality... I don't think that having abundance of things has a bad effect on their life. I believe it's the intention and the way they precieve their reality... Minimalism and tidiness is not neccessarily promising a good or better life. The cleanliness, decluttering and clarity has to be inside... If it's not inside, nothing outside will change our life in the long haul... Some people have a messy desk and cluttered living space, and they are very successful... And some need to see the tidiness in order to feel good inside... If the outside has so much power to effect us, we will be depending on the environment around us... but we know that everything starts from the inside out, not from the outside in...

Cloths hooks to me represent the future wonderful cloths to come into my life 😊😊❤

My thoughts too! I emptied about 20 hangers, gave the cloths to a lady about my size, and she was very grateful!

Dirty shoes can also mean that someone is living in a countryside, in a country where it rains an awful lot and mud and dirt are unavoidable. My shoes are dirty no matter how many times I clean them and there is no deeper meaning to it. It's just dirt. I am listening to the video and laughing, to me it's a lot of nonsense.

What does it mean when a non operating clock suddenly starts ticking for you?
@caroleminke61169 ай бұрын
That’s a clear sign from spirit & my father often reactivated digital clocks & other items such as a Tracfone

I don't agree with everything here. Especially when it comes to family heirlooms worth thousands of dollars that are passed down from generation to generation. Sorry there are certain things that you don't get rid of especially if the value of the item/ items go up in value as the years go by.

Items affect your mental attitude and well-being therefore affecting your current situation. It's not like the asteroid is thinking about you it's what you think about the ash tray. If it is from a past person no longer in your life it doesn't need to be around it will have those sad or negative feelings attached to it when you see it. It's all about triggering the person's brain affecting them not the item.

I see relevance in this info. It is conscious living.

This is speaking of energy, there is energy around us always in which some we do feel and some we don't but still effect everything. These items may make you smile but they still carry the energy of the past and think if you kept everything you could that is sentimental you may then become cluttered then there goes that energy. I feel too there's nothing wrong with keeping something that makes you smile but this is speaking of if you want to live an harmonious life this would be the way. It makes so much sense to me💖

I've been de cluttering but got alot more to do and I felt better for doing it and I gave them to my local community charity shop which I know the money goes back in the community and not in any CEO pockets. Next are my clothes which is going to be difficult so that's my next task.

This concept is identical to the Chinese Art of Fengshui. Very powerful to improve our lives, peace, good health and family wellbeing.

I believe whatever we allow our conscience to give energy too will give it an energy. We are our own energy developers. If we want to be mad, sad, or happy we allow through our conscience to give it its existence. Learn to clear your mind, you will learn to find peace. What works for me is talking with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
