OMG this is soooo triggering! I was at the grocery store with my (now ex) narc when he stepped into the washroom on our way out. Another shopper came in and made eye contact with me then smiled. I never knew this person or ever saw him previously. This occurred just as my narc stepped out of the bathroom and he saw the brief interaction between me and the stranger. He LOST his sh*t and accused me of having s3x with the guy! Meanwhile my narc nailed more women during our marriage than carpenters nail boards. Projecting much?

I will love again! The narcissist didn't deserve me ever after harming me in ways I would never allow again. The pain took me to go no contact. I'm going to love my new husband that love God, my family, and cherish me for who I am. I make sure I post it. Meanwhile, I'm getting my shit together first and have my big house and financial in the way. After learning the 9 trades of over borderline personality disorder, I watch for those red flags and I have cut people off. I'm not dealing with it anymore.

My God you hit the nail on the head! It was “fine” for my still married (to me) narc to parade around his latest s3xual conquest under my nose but after we were finally divorced, he happened upon me and the man I was dating and lost his sh*t. Tears welled up in his eyes and he looked so hurt. 😂😂😂 I gave him no emotional response and inwardly jumped for joy to see him so upset. Karma is extra sweet when she lets you watch.

Not aware of her age but take it from a 51/F who’s parents divorced when I was 7, had to deal with my daughters biological father, and had to see my second husband taken to court for more money almost monthly. Children easily see who the bully is. Take the high road at all times especially in front of your child. They will see and remember how you were really the good guy and she’ll deal with the lies herself. No worries. Kids know.

Mom can't stand it if i talk to one of her friends or they direct a question to me. She has to keep me away from her world. She tried to keep my baby sister from me, but it was my house, Mom was staying in when she injured her leg so I told her tough. I baked a pie with her and she sat in living room fuming like a baby. Same sisters, daughter was living with mom years later, she was forbidden to have a relationship with me and was told God knows what to keep her distance. Heartbreaking. Just a month ago she called,& wanted to know what teas i used, had her long time friend get on phone to hear me to write it down, and suddenly phone hung up. I called back, no answer. Nothing since. She's 86. Her death is going to be a punch in the gut, trying to breathe cuz I know it's coming.
