Cliff Card That is exactly when they should be doing it. There is no health risks and it doesn’t stunt your growth it. It makes them stronger and healthier than the rest. More stress resilient and mature than the rest of the kids just sitting around and playing fortnite

Great run but in a race of 8-year-olds, an 8-year-old will always be the winner.

This kid ran a RIDICULOUS 5k in my home town! Completely destroyed the field except for 1 teenager and a 20-something-year-old dude! Had no idea he ran nationally!

It was my first time doing a 5k and I was nowhere near the physical condition he was in and he made me look like an embarrassment to running. Haha!!

Very special. Inborn talent. Let's hope he gets a decent coach behind him that doesn't push him too hard too soon, and hope he becomes a future champion.🤞🤞
