Winner. Research first! But DXM can be found in regular Robotussin. Make sure that the ONLY active ingredient is Dextromethorphan. Make sure there is NO acetaminophen, NO Chlorpheniramine!!! Ace Fuck that, I got to the 4th plateau last night, fell off my bed to go puke in the bathroom, got there, puked 5 times, dry heaved 3 times, then I sat down with my pants half way off and my shirt on and I sat there for a while getting higher and higher and all I know is that I GOTTA get to my bed. I only made it to the hall way which is half way from where I was, and I basically got paralyzed and spent 5 HOURS there in and out of my body, It was insane, I thought I died Everytime, I was waiting for it. I had a 600mg trip at electric forest once. What a great fucking time. I took it just as the sun was starting to set so by the time it hit it would be dark. I don't know if you've been to or seen videos of electric forest but it comes alive at night. Lights in and around the trees, statues, music, there is a mystical feeling to it. And i was off my shit. I was with my Gf so she kind of led me around while i kind of just got lost in everything around me. One of my friends did it with me but not as much maybe 300mg tops, we found this multi level tower you could climb in and we all sat in the bottom of it, there was a red light and wood chips on the ground closed on all sides except the little holes you crawl in. I found it comfy, a reprieve from the chaos outside, my friend did not they said "i'm in a fucking chicken coop i need to get the fuck out of here" I thought about it for a second and was like huh it is like a chicken coop. we left the chicken tower and headed for the silent disco, which i found to be an unbelievably surreal experience, headphones on and I was engulfed by the music, headphones off and everyone is dancing awkwardly in silence like a prom for deaf people. I ended up just leaving the headphones off and watching this silent awkward dance fest unfold. We walked back through the main strip of the forest and I was watching these lanterns that swing between the trees when a girl walked right in front of me turned in step stared me straight in the eyes for a good few seconds smirked turned and continued on. I felt like she had just stared into my soul and judged me found me adequate and moved on, like she was some sort of divine punisher that searches for darkened souls. I was relieved to have made the cut. We continued to a little hill above the stage where the next show we were going to see was. We sat at the top of the hill next to some people in hammocks and I just watched the lights. I was full peak at this moment, had no idea where i was, I kept watching the lights behind the shifting crowds as they changed color, wondering why people were so frantic to get around, the all looked like ants running around without thought. I continued to watch the lights for ages then all of a sudden there was a space ship in front of me just floating there next thing I know I'm blowing a huge cloud that tasted like blueberries my GF saw this and scolded me a bit because she told me she didnt want me to mix drugs. I had no other response than "sorry I thought it was a spaceship" turns out the guy in the hammock handed me a huge ass blunt and I took a massive hit. I politely handed it back to him and said "thanks for the spaceship". Oh how right I was about it being a spaceship. I fucking blasted off, mind you I was already pretty fucked. Everything stared to move in stop motion people doing their light shows looked like angels. all of a sudden were moving to the next show, My friends wanted to get up close so we headed as close to the front as we could get. My gf handed me the camera and wanted me to recored because I was tall enough to see over people I got lost in the lcd screen and the green glow of the stage lights when all of a sudden my gf took the camera and pushed me and said "he needs your help" I was confused and was like who? she pointed to a guy who was laying on the ground with a girl trying to pour water in his mouth crying. (now both me and my gf along with or friend worked in the pool as lifegurads, I was also trained as an emt, she panicked and pushed me over) I got my shit together real quick and walked over to the girl and told her to stop she was going to drown her friend. I checked the guys pulse and shit like I was trained It kind of just took over, and i couldn't feel a heartbeat, that's when I panicked for a second (first time experiencing this) Then I snapped out of it and started doing CPR right as this started a guy comes running out saying he's a cardiac nurse and helped with the cpr. WE did three cycles and the guy just made this other worldly gasp and sat up. needless to say this completely fucked with my friend who was tripping and I was like what the fuck just happened. She was pretty hysterical so I offered to take her back to camp so everyone else could enjoy the rest of the show. I was coming down at this point but the walk back was amazing minus the crying girl that kept saying I can't believe it he was dead but now he isn't. I put her to sleep, she calmed significantly once she was laying down and could close her eyes. I stayed for a while to make sure se was ok then I set off to find the rest of my group. i realized halfway through walking through the darnkness of the campground that I would never be able to find them so I just stopped under a light and waited, It was maybe 20mins latter they came walking on by and we met up and talked about what happened. All in all I had a great time and got to smoke a blueberry spaceship 10/10

When you go through the depression phase, love is the cure. Always laughter helps, do something to keep you ddistracted from what is happening. the depression happens because you got all those happy feelings all at once and it was such a huge amount that your body is balancing itself. let it pass and you will go back to normal. sometimes it takes a long time but thats the risk you take. dont do anything too extreme just let it take it course. the thing with drugs is you need to let it happen and not fight it or else it will force its way onto you. just enjoy the ride and think of it as a movie, a very long movie. enjoy and dont worry. also do your best to not do the drug to avoid all of this, but if u do end up doing it, i hope this will help guide you

I had a similar trip a year ago exactly where I let myself fall asleep when I was off 1,200-1,400mg, and boy, I fell through the earth it felt like, I then began seeing stars as I was feeling like almost wind on me as I fell backwards through space and time dissipated totally with complete peace and utter silence in my mind for once(I am severely ADHD). I also met at some point an entity I couldn’t see but I that I could hear and have telepathic conversations with as I was walking through childhood memories, middle school memories, recent issues in my life etc and I found peace and comfort through being reassured and listened to by this entity (I like it think it was god (Jesus) cause I am a Bible believer or at least an angel because it clearly was not evil). I was then able to look at myself while I was still sleeping still in this trip but I was able to keep tripping and see from outside of my body all the things in my room, my pictures, my nightstand everything just how it was before I went to sleep but in perfect detail without even being awake. I was asleep and awake at the same time in different realms of space and time it felt like is the only way I can describe the feeling. My life since then has improved drastically, and I was able to totally get clean after that experience from all the drugs and alcohol I had been abusing nonstop for a year. I am lucky to be alive considering how much drugs and combinations of drugs I did. But this one, DXM, who would’ve thought that it would’ve helped me somehow bring me out of my deep depression and see my life with a new pair of eyes. I don’t want to attribute all my recovery and rehabilitation to DXM, another drug, but nevertheless, i believe it was definitely a factor and a vehicle through which I saw life through a new lense of positivity and hope. I won’t go into any more detail, for personal reasons, as I don’t remember much more than that. The only thing I was say as advice for someone looking to try this, is that you need to go into it, at these higher doses above 1,000mg, with the intent to learn something from it, and to learn more about yourself. Otherwise it will be much more uncomfortable than it needs to be. I remember going into mine with the intent to find hope in my life, to see the other side of the tunnel so to speak as I had been depressed severely for about 3 years at 17 years old. Hopefully someone will read this.

My name is Samuel, I am 17 years old. December 2nd of 2016 (10 days ago) I took exactly 1050mg of dextromethorphan hbr (corisidin hbp) The most I had taken previous to that was 750 mg of dxm polistirex (Delsym... it didnt even work)I have had years of experience with robitussin and other generic brands of dxm, but I did not take into account what i was getting into with 1050 mg of that shit! .... Needless to say, I came out of that trip thankful to be alive!! It felt like I was in a dream and everything was cartoon like, I couldn't register faces or reality for up to 6 hours. Left conciousness at 11:00pm and came back to consciousness at 5 am in the morning and felt like screaming. I was unable to comprehend what had just happened to me. I then went on to trip 2 more times within that week, each time doing 750mg. I have tripped on dxm around 10-15 times. And I intend on doing more. January of 2015 I had taken 30 little pink benedryl pills, Diphenhydramine hcl (approximately 800 mg of antihistamine) cause I snorted two full pills. I fail to remember the full trip, but what I do remember was at an hour in I was unable to focus on my phone screen without it being extremely blurry no matter what. The TV in my living room started moving without being turned on, and then after that I was gone as fuck! Started the trip at 12 in the afternoon and I came to close to 6 pm in the afternoon with my brother and his friend wondering what the fuck I was on... I didn't even know they were there! I tripped on antihistamines close to 5 times in my life. Never will take this substance again and have been off it for over a decade. Im 24 years old and it was one of the first drugs I was experimenting with as a teen. The readily availability as an OTC at any local store was what attracted me to it and that if you take the gel caps it only has the ingredient of DXM in it. This was before they changed the legality of it in the US where you had to be 16 years old or older to purchase it. Most of the initial times doing it had a special sort of glow with little to no side effects and I was reaching 3rd plateaus. I remember when the site erowid was popular and I would read trip reports like this video while on it lol someone said that after about 20 times doing it youll start to not see the "magic" that you once received from it if there was any. Its like a mock psychedelic at high doses but screws with your head so much that you can't even speak on it like youre missing half your brain. The side effects starting coming on later when I was doing it weekly for about a year and I couldnt stomach it for only 30 mins after ingestion. It was like having an allergic reaction with my face inflamed up and skin crawling like I ate a rotten hot pepper. My body was rejecting it and wanted it out every time so this was a sign for me that it is not as great as I thought originally. My worst time was in public at a dairy queen on 400mgs and I couldnt order anything and just sat at the table with a friend. I had to go to the restroom and didnt distinguish which one was male lol I remember going to the women's one and staring at the mirror looking into my eyes not caring about my surroundings of where I was and the extremity of it. My friend had to come in there looking for me and pull me out to save me from embarrassment. You should always have someone with you on things like this. But I don't recommend it to anyone, youre better off getting ketamine if you can find someone with it..raves usually is the spot for it. I will say the only redeeming trait of it was the free floating body of closed eye visuals while it enhanced the music I was listening to. Old songs felt refreshingly new and I was soaring around sitting still on a couch like I was in a flight simulator. The inside of my eyelids were becoming like these moving walls and I was like rockclimbing on them. This was all in my head lol alienated experience it was trashy and gross. You gotta go 5oz of Delsym dxm polistirex syrup (888mg) and one bottle (20 pills) of Robotussin dxm HBr gel caps (300mg). The Delsym doesn't taste horrible and of course the pills have no taste. The best part of that combo is you experience virtually no nausea and you trip relatively hard.

The first time that you do it? It takes quite a while. My first time I took 300mg thinking that'd be gucci, about 2-3 hours later I still wasn't feeling anything so I decided to take another 300mg, shortly after I took the other 300mg (like 5-10 mins) I started feeling the first 300mg kick in, then when I was fucked up on 600mg I took another 300mg (which was hard af to do because swallowing is fucking weird as shit when you're on dxm) Honestly though the first trip is way more powerful than any subsequent trips, It feels like the effects get half as intense everytime that you trip

I once was in a halo 3 lobby on it talking to strangers and went into a chat party with random people and thought all of them were family members or school friends and could not tell the difference. My cognitive assertion over identities was destroyed and funny moments ensued such as hearing a story where the guy I was talking to was on shrooms and his pizza had a face was talking to him and playing with the controller and every time he got a kill he was like give it up to my boy pepperoni from Italy. It was hysterical and felt like he actually wasn’t lying in some weird twisted fantasy of inanimate objects becoming aware on our conscious level. Also, he was a good trip sitter and stuck it out during my nonsensical rants on the dxm about things unrelated to the game we were playing. I checked the replays the next day of what I was doing we were playing team deathmatch and I was shooting my teammates bcus I couldn’t tell what team I was on and running into walls like I was lagging IRL. There was a movie too that was on this is when they had theater mode on Xbox where you can join in with someone to watch a movie online together and it was a movie called "buried" I believe where I think it was Ryan Reynolds or whatever the fuck and he was trapped in a casket alive but the whole time I thought it was in caves exploring and shit. My depth perception was so off to what was being played on the screen and again cracking jokes like to keep track of the days he is missing on the walls of the boards he would masturbate and smear the ejaculate into Roman numerals bcus his fingernails wouldnt do the job for that and that’s what dark humor can be like. Literal almost the exact words, dxm mainly was a teenage drug for me and once I found dmt moved on to do better enlightenment type things but always will the stepping stone into questioning our reality and existence for that time period.

Ive taken shrooms and acid countless times, but nothing compares too a 900mg+ trip of dxm. The closed eye visuals, completely dissociative, saw three aliens that took form as shadows, and they kinda just watched me by bed (its pitch black in my room) it sounds horrifying but it was far from that. Idk how to describe the feeling. After awhile they got closer to me, got up to my face and fucking climbed inside my mouth, i was like wtf but i was fine with it lmao. Ended up seeing the same three aliens in 3 different trips. Seeing in the dark, being in rooms that youve never seen before is probably the trippiest part.

my DXM trip was more of an sedated half life for me, I was doing at least 100mg of the drug during school, the trip lasted 3 hours and I was completely discorded from the outside world, I could still function, but at the same time it was just so weird, the world around me felt weird, DXM itself its weird, it a sedative and a dissociation, and at higher doses a stimulant, my trip reminded me of ketamine.
